If you have lived for a certain amount of time, you will have images of some newsworthy events that you remember vividly.\u3000 \u7686\u3055\u3093\u304c\u3042\u308b\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3001\u751f\u304d\u3066\u3044\u308c\u3070\u3001\u9bae\u660e\u306b\u899a\u3048\u3066\u3044\u308b\u30cb\u30e5\u30fc\u30b9\u6620\u50cf\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n

One of the things I remember watching live on TV took place on June 17, 1994.\u3000 \u79c1\u304c\u30c6\u30ec\u30d3\u306e\u751f\u4e2d\u7d99\u3067\u899a\u3048\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306e\u4e00\u3064\u306f\u3001\uff11\uff19\uff19\uff14\u5e74\uff16\u6708\uff11\uff17\u65e5\u306b\u8d77\u304d\u305f\u51fa\u6765\u4e8b\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

On that day, a former NFL player and actor named O.J. Simpson and his friend Al Cowlings led police on a 60-mile slow-speed car chase through Los Angeles and Orange Counties. \u305d\u306e\u65e5\u3001O.J.\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u3068\u3044\u3046\u5143NFL\u9078\u624b\u517c\u4ff3\u512a\u3068\u3001\u5f7c\u306e\u53cb\u4eba\u30a2\u30eb\u30fb\u30ab\u30a6\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u30b9\u304c\u3001\u30ed\u30b5\u30f3\u30bc\u30eb\u30b9\u90e1\u3068\u30aa\u30ec\u30f3\u30b8\u90e1\u306e\u9593\u3067\uff16\uff10\u30de\u30a4\u30eb\u306e\u30ab\u30fc\u30c1\u30a7\u30a4\u30b9\u3092\u8b66\u5bdf\u3068\u7e70\u308a\u5e83\u3052\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

This occurred just 5 days after Simpson\u2019s ex-wife and her friend Ronald Goldman were stabbed to death outside her condominium in Los Angeles, and Simpson quickly became the prime suspect.\u3000\u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u306e\u5143\u59bb\u3068\u305d\u306e\u53cb\u4eba\u30ed\u30ca\u30eb\u30c9\u30fb\u30b4\u30fc\u30eb\u30c9\u30de\u30f3\u304c\u30ed\u30b5\u30f3\u30bc\u30eb\u30b9\u306e\u30de\u30f3\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u306e\u5916\u3067\u523a\u6bba\u3055\u308c\u305f\u308f\u305a\u304b\uff15\u65e5\u5f8c\u306e\u51fa\u6765\u4e8b\u3067\u3001\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u306f\u3059\u3050\u306b\u7b2c\u4e00\u306e\u5bb9\u7591\u8005\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

The car chase unfolded in real time, with news helicopters tracking the white Ford Bronco that the two men were driving in.\u3000 \u30ab\u30fc\u30c1\u30a7\u30a4\u30b9\u306f\u30ea\u30a2\u30eb\u30bf\u30a4\u30e0\u3067\u5c55\u958b\u3055\u308c\u3001\u5831\u9053\u30d8\u30ea\u304c\u3001\uff12\u4eba\u304c\u4e57\u3063\u305f\u767d\u3044\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30c9\u30fb\u30d6\u30ed\u30f3\u30b3\u3092\u8ffd\u8de1\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

It is said that this event altered the landscape of what we call reality TV today.\u3000 \u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3053\u306e\u51fa\u6765\u4e8b\u306f\u3001\u4eca\u65e5\u306e\u30ea\u30a2\u30ea\u30c6\u30a3TV\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u308b\u3082\u306e\u306e\u98a8\u666f\u3092\u5909\u3048\u305f\u3068\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

For approximately 95 million viewers were glued to the TV watching this car chase.\u3000 \u3000\u7d04\uff19\uff15\uff10\uff10\u4e07\u4eba\u306e\u8996\u8074\u8005\u304c\u3053\u306e\u30ab\u30fc\u30c1\u30a7\u30a4\u30b9\u306b\u91d8\u4ed8\u3051\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

What followed was also considered \u201cmust-see TV,\u201d as what is known as the \u201cO.J. Simpson Trial\u201d began and much of it was televised live.\u3000 \u305d\u306e\u5f8c\u3001\u300cO.J.\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u88c1\u5224\u300d\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u308b\u3082\u306e\u304c\u59cb\u307e\u308a\u3001\u305d\u306e\u591a\u304f\u304c\u751f\u4e2d\u7d99\u3055\u308c\u305f\u305f\u3081\u300c\u5fc5\u898b\u306e\u30c6\u30ec\u30d3\u300d\u3068\u3082\u307f\u306a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

Simpson was formally arraigned on July 22, 1994, entering a plea of not guilty.\u3000 \u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u306f\uff11\uff19\uff19\uff14\u5e74\uff17\u6708\uff12\uff12\u65e5\u306b\u6b63\u5f0f\u306b\u7f6a\u72b6\u8a8d\u5426\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u3001\u7121\u7f6a\u3092\u4e3b\u5f35\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

The trial began on January 24, 1995, with Lance Ito as the presiding judge.\u3000\u88c1\u5224\u306f\uff11\uff19\uff19\uff15\u5e74\uff11\u6708\uff12\uff14\u65e5\u3001\u30e9\u30f3\u30b9\u4f0a\u85e4\u88c1\u5224\u9577\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u958b\u59cb\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

Judge Lance Ito and the attorneys involved in this trial became household names, recognizable by anyone who watched the trial proceedings.\u3000 \u30e9\u30f3\u30b9\u4f0a\u85e4\u88c1\u5224\u9577\u3068\u3053\u306e\u88c1\u5224\u306b\u95a2\u308f\u3063\u305f\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u305f\u3061\u306f\u3001\u88c1\u5224\u306e\u9032\u884c\u3092\u898b\u308c\u3070\u8ab0\u3067\u3082\u308f\u304b\u308b\u6709\u540d\u4eba\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

How many of you were watching the trial at that time?\u3000 \u7686\u3055\u3093\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u5f53\u6642\u306e\u88c1\u5224\u3092\u898b\u3066\u3044\u305f\u4eba\u306f\u3069\u308c\u304f\u3089\u3044\u3001\u3044\u308b\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n

On October 2, 1995, the jury finally began deliberating and reached a verdict in less than four hours.\u3000\uff11\uff19\uff19\uff15\u5e74\uff11\uff10\u6708\uff12\u65e5\u3001\u966a\u5be9\u54e1\u306f\u3064\u3044\u306b\u5be9\u8b70\u3092\u958b\u59cb\u3057\u3001\uff14\u6642\u9593\u8db3\u3089\u305a\u3067\u8a55\u6c7a\u306b\u9054\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

On the following day, October 3, 1995, Simpson was found not guilty of the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.\u3000 \u7fcc\uff11\uff19\uff19\uff15\u5e74\uff11\uff10\u6708\uff13\u65e5\u3001\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u306f\u30cb\u30b3\u30fc\u30eb\u30fb\u30d6\u30e9\u30a6\u30f3\u30fb\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u3068\u30ed\u30ca\u30eb\u30c9\u30fb\u30b4\u30fc\u30eb\u30c9\u30de\u30f3\u306e\u6bba\u4eba\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u7121\u7f6a\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

However, Simpson was also sued by the victims\u2019 families for wrongful death, and the civil trial began in October 1996.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u306f\u88ab\u5bb3\u8005\u306e\u907a\u65cf\u304b\u3089\u3082\u4e0d\u5f53\u6b7b\u3067\u8a34\u3048\u3089\u308c\u3001\uff11\uff19\uff19\uff16\u5e74\uff11\uff10\u6708\u306b\u6c11\u4e8b\u88c1\u5224\u304c\u59cb\u307e\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

The jury for this trial found him responsible for the deaths of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman and awarded their families $33.5 million in damages.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u88c1\u5224\u306e\u966a\u5be9\u54e1\u306f\u3001\u30cb\u30b3\u30fc\u30eb\u30fb\u30d6\u30e9\u30a6\u30f3\u30fb\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u3068\u30ed\u30ca\u30eb\u30c9\u30fb\u30b4\u30fc\u30eb\u30c9\u30de\u30f3\u306e\u6b7b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u5f7c\u306e\u8cac\u4efb\u3092\u8a8d\u3081\u3001\u907a\u65cf\u306b\uff13\uff13\uff15\uff10\u4e07\u30c9\u30eb\u306e\u8ce0\u511f\u91d1\u3092\u652f\u6255\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3092\u8ab2\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

Needless to say, public opinion on whether the \u201cO.J Simpson Trial\u201d was handled correctly was divided.\u3000\u300cO.J.\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u88c1\u5224\u300d\u304c\u6b63\u3057\u304f\u51e6\u7406\u3055\u308c\u305f\u304b\u3069\u3046\u304b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u4e16\u8ad6\u304c\u5206\u304b\u308c\u305f\u306e\u306f\u8a00\u3046\u307e\u3067\u3082\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

I too am left to wonder if the verdict that was made was correct.\u3000 \u79c1\u3082\u4e0b\u3055\u308c\u305f\u8a55\u6c7a\u304c\u6b63\u3057\u304b\u3063\u305f\u306e\u304b\u3069\u3046\u304b\u3001\u7591\u554f\u304c\u6b8b\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Yet, it is beyond the scope of my knowledge and I am not placed in a position to make a judgment on the matter.\u3000 \u3068\u306f\u3044\u3048\u3001\u79c1\u306e\u77e5\u8b58\u306e\u7bc4\u7587\u3092\u8d85\u3048\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u5224\u65ad\u3067\u304d\u308b\u7acb\u5834\u306b\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

Some of you may have never heard of O.J. Simpson until today.\u3000 \u4eca\u65e5\u307e\u3067O.J.\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30bd\u30f3\u306e\u3053\u3068\u3092\u77e5\u3089\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n

He died just last week on April 10.\u00a0 He was 76 years old.\u3000 \u5f7c\u306f\u5148\u9031\uff11\uff10\u65e5\u306b\u4ea1\u304f\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\uff17\uff16\u6b73\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201cand He will come to judge the living and the dead\u201d\u300c\u304b\u3057\u3053\u3088\u308a\u6765\u305f\u308a\u3066\u3001\u751f\u3051\u308b\u8005\u3068\u6b7b\u306b\u305f\u308b\u8005\u3068\u3092\u88c1\u304d\u305f\u307e\u308f\u3093\u300d<\/p>\n

This final statement in the portion regarding what we believe concerning Jesus, God\u2019s only Son, our Lord, in the Apostles\u2019 Creed, is what we will be looking at this morning.\u3000 \u4f7f\u5f92\u4fe1\u6761\u306b\u3042\u308b\u3001\u795e\u306e\u3072\u3068\u308a\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u4e3b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u6700\u5f8c\u306e\u90e8\u5206\u304c\u3001\u4eca\u671d\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u898b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u306a\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Yes, Jesus Christ will come again to this world, and when He comes, He will judge the living and the dead.\u3000 \u305d\u3046\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306f\u3053\u306e\u4e16\u306b\u518d\u3073\u6765\u3089\u308c\u3001\u6765\u3089\u308c\u305f\u6642\u306b\u306f\u3001\u751f\u304d\u3066\u3044\u308b\u8005\u3068\u6b7b\u3093\u3060\u8005\u3092\u88c1\u304b\u308c\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

These things are clearly found in the Bible.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u3053\u3068\u306f\u8056\u66f8\u306b\u306f\u3063\u304d\u308a\u3068\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

2 Timothy 4:1\uff08\u30c6\u30e2\u30c6\u7b2c\u4e8c\u306e\u624b\u7d19\uff14\u7ae0\uff11\u7bc0\uff09I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: \u795e\u306e\u307f\u307e\u3048\u3068\u3001\u751f\u304d\u3066\u3044\u308b\u8005\u3068\u6b7b\u3093\u3060\u8005\u3068\u3092\u3055\u3070\u304f\u3079\u304d\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u30fb\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306e\u307f\u307e\u3048\u3067\u3001\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u51fa\u73fe\u3068\u305d\u306e\u5fa1\u56fd\u3068\u3092\u601d\u3044\u3001\u304a\u3054\u305d\u304b\u306b\u547d\u3058\u308b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paul goes on to exhort (charge) Timothy to, \u201cpreach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction\u201d (2 Timohty 4:2). \u30d1\u30a6\u30ed\u306f\u30c6\u30e2\u30c6\u306b\u52e7\u3081\u307e\u3059\u3001\u300c\u5fa1\u8a00\u3092\u5ba3\u3079\u4f1d\u3048\u306a\u3055\u3044\u3002\u6642\u304c\u826f\u304f\u3066\u3082\u60aa\u304f\u3066\u3082\u3001\u305d\u308c\u3092\u52b1\u307f\u3001\u3042\u304f\u307e\u3067\u3082\u5bdb\u5bb9\u306a\u5fc3\u3067\u3088\u304f\u6559\u3048\u3066\u3001\u8cac\u3081\u3001\u6212\u3081\u3001\u52e7\u3081\u306a\u3055\u3044\u3002\u300d\uff08\u30c6\u30e2\u30c6\u7b2c\u4e8c\u306e\u624b\u7d19\uff14\u7ae0\uff12\u7bc0\uff09<\/p>\n

This makes total sense, because Paul wanted people to be prepared for Jesus\u2019 return and for the coming judgment.\u3000 \u306a\u305c\u306a\u3089\u3001\u30d1\u30a6\u30ed\u306f\u4eba\u3005\u304c\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u518d\u81e8\u3068\u6765\u305f\u308b\u3079\u304d\u88c1\u304d\u306b\u5099\u3048\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u671b\u3093\u3067\u3044\u305f\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

And there is no better way to be prepared for Jesus\u2019 return than to read, study, and receive the word of God.\u3000\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u518d\u81e8\u306b\u5099\u3048\u308b\u306e\u306b\u3001\u795e\u306e\u8a00\u8449\u3092\u8aad\u307f\u3001\u5b66\u3073\u3001\u53d7\u3051\u53d6\u308b\u3053\u3068\u4ee5\u4e0a\u306b\u826f\u3044\u65b9\u6cd5\u306f\u306a\u3044\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

In the book of Revelation, we have a clear description of Jesus\u2019 judgment.\u3000 \u9ed9\u793a\u9332\u306b\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u660e\u78ba\u306a\u8a18\u8ff0\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Here, we see a two-fold judgment.\u3000 \u3053\u3053\u306b\u306f\u3001\u4e8c\u91cd\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

One reserved for the believers up until the time of Jesus\u2019 return.\u3000 \u4e00\u3064\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u518d\u81e8\u3055\u308c\u308b\u307e\u3067\u3001\u4fe1\u8005\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u7559\u4fdd\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

And one reserved for everyone else, which comes after what is known as the Millennial Kingdom, which is Jesus\u2019 thousand years reign over His kingdom established on this earth.\u3000 \u305d\u3057\u3066\u3082\u3046\u4e00\u3064\u306f\u305d\u308c\u4ee5\u5916\u306e\u5168\u3066\u306e\u4eba\u3092\u5bfe\u8c61\u3068\u3059\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3001\u5343\u5e74\u738b\u56fd\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u308b\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u3053\u306e\u5730\u4e0a\u306b\u7bc9\u304b\u308c\u305f\u5fa1\u56fd\u3092\u5343\u5e74\u9593\u7d71\u6cbb\u3057\u305f\u5f8c\u306b\u8a2a\u308c\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

The judgment reserved for the believers up until the time of Jesus\u2019 return is described for us in Revelation 20:4-6.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u518d\u81e8\u306e\u6642\u307e\u3067\u4fe1\u8005\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u7559\u4fdd\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u88c1\u304d\u306f\u3001\u9ed9\u793a\u9332\uff12\uff10\u7ae0\uff14\u7bc0\u304b\u3089\uff16\u7bc0\u306b\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Revelation 20:4-6\uff08\u30e8\u30cf\u30cd\u306e\u9ed9\u793a\u9332\uff12\uff10\u7ae0\uff14\u7bc0\u2014\uff16\u7bc0\uff094\u00a0<\/sup>Then I saw\u00a0thrones, and\u00a0they sat on them, and\u00a0judgment was given to them. 4<\/sup>\u307e\u305f\u898b\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3068\u3001\u304b\u305a\u591a\u304f\u306e\u5ea7\u304c\u3042\u308a\u3001\u305d\u306e\u4e0a\u306b\u4eba\u3005\u304c\u3059\u308f\u3063\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

This first judgment has to do with those who are made righteous through faith in Jesus Christ.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u7b2c\u4e00\u306e\u5be9\u5224\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u7fa9\u3068\u3055\u308c\u305f\u4eba\u3005\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This is sometimes called the Judgment Seat of the Christ, and has to do with the judgment of the works of the believers.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u306f\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u5be9\u5224\u306e\u5ea7\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3082\u3042\u308a\u3001\u4fe1\u8005\u306e\u884c\u3044\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u88c1\u304d\u3068\u95a2\u4fc2\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

, it is not a judgment in the sense of determining whether a person is saved or not, since those present before Jesus here are all believers.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u524d\u306b\u3044\u308b\u306e\u306f\u5168\u3066\u4fe1\u8005\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306f\u6551\u308f\u308c\u305f\u304b\u6551\u308f\u308c\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u304b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u610f\u5473\u3067\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u3067\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

The works of the believers will be evaluated in order to determine how each person will serve the Lord in His kingdom.\u3000 \u4fe1\u8005\u306e\u696d\u304c\u8a55\u4fa1\u3055\u308c\u308b\u306e\u306f\u3001\u4e00\u4eba\u4e00\u4eba\u304c\u4e3b\u306e\u5fa1\u56fd\u3067\u4e3b\u306b\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u4ed5\u3048\u308b\u304b\u3092\u6c7a\u3081\u308b\u305f\u3081\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This is a good reminder to us that works do not save us, but God does care about our works, especially done in obedience and faithfulness to Him.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u3053\u3068\u306f\u696d\u304c\u79c1\u9054\u3092\u6551\u3046\u306e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u795e\u306f\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u696d\u3001\u7279\u306b\u4e3b\u3078\u306e\u5f93\u9806\u3068\u5fe0\u5b9f\u306e\u3046\u3061\u306b\u306a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u696d\u3092\u5927\u5207\u306b\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3092\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306b\u601d\u3044\u8d77\u3053\u3055\u305b\u3066\u304f\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

These believers include those who came to Christ before the Great Tribulation as well as those who come to Christ during the Great Tribulation.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u4fe1\u8005\u306b\u306f\u3001\u5927\u8271\u96e3\u306e\u524d\u306b\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u3082\u3068\u306b\u6765\u305f\u8005\u3068\u3001\u5927\u8271\u96e3\u306e\u9593\u306b\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u3082\u3068\u306b\u6765\u305f\u8005\u304c\u542b\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This judgment is also referred to as the first resurrection.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u306f\u3001\u6700\u521d\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u3068\u3082\u547c\u3070\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

It is separated from what is known as the second death by one thousand years.\u305d\u308c\u306f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u306e\u6b7b\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3068\u306f\u3001\u5343\u5e74\u306e\u9694\u305f\u308a\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This second death is described in Revelation 20:11-15.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u7b2c\u4e8c\u306e\u6b7b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306f\u3001\u9ed9\u793a\u9332\uff12\uff10\u7ae0\uff11\uff11\u7bc0\u304b\u3089\uff11\uff15\u7bc0\u306b\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Here is described the final judgment, which is also known as the Great White Throne Judgment.\u3000 \u3053\u3053\u306b\u306f\u3001\u5927\u3044\u306a\u308b\u767d\u3044\u5fa1\u5ea7\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u3068\u3082\u547c\u3070\u308c\u308b\u6700\u5f8c\u306e\u5be9\u5224\u304c\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Of course, Jesus Christ will be the Judge who will sit on the great white throne.\u3000 \u3082\u3061\u308d\u3093\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u304c\u5927\u3044\u306a\u308b\u767d\u3044\u5fa1\u5ea7\u306b\u5ea7\u308b\u88c1\u5224\u5b98\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

A passing away of the old order will occur at the time of this judgment.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u306e\u6642\u306b\u3001\u53e4\u3044\u79e9\u5e8f\u304c\u904e\u304e\u53bb\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

The present heavens and earth which have been in existence since Genesis 1 will be done away with as described in verse 11.\u3000 \u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\u7ae0\u4ee5\u6765\u3001\u5b58\u5728\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u73fe\u5728\u306e\u5929\u3068\u5730\u306f\uff11\uff11\u7bc0\u306b\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u53d6\u308a\u9664\u304b\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This judgment will be a judgment of all unbelievers of all time.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u306f\u5168\u3066\u306e\u6642\u4ee3\u306e\u5168\u3066\u306e\u4e0d\u4fe1\u4ef0\u8005\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u88c1\u304d\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

And as can be seen in this Scripture passage, no one will escape this judgment, for the dead, great and small, will be brought before the throne and will be judged.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u8056\u53e5\u306b\u898b\u3089\u308c\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u3092\u514d\u308c\u308b\u8005\u306f\u4e00\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002\u305d\u306e\u5927\u5c0f\u3092\u554f\u308f\u305a\u3001\u6b7b\u8005\u306f\u7389\u5ea7\u306e\u524d\u306b\u5f15\u304d\u51fa\u3055\u308c\u3001\u88c1\u304b\u308c\u308b\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

All of them will be judged according to their deeds, and because of their unbelief, they will be thrown into the lake of fire.\u3000 \u5168\u3066\u306e\u8005\u306f\u305d\u306e\u884c\u3044\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u88c1\u304b\u308c\u3001\u4e0d\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306e\u3086\u3048\u306b\u706b\u306e\u6c60\u306b\u6295\u3052\u8fbc\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This is why it is called the second death.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u304c\u3001\u7b2c\u4e8c\u306e\u6b7b\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u308b\u7406\u7531\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

The first death is physical death.\u3000 \u7b2c\u4e00\u306e\u6b7b\u306f\u8089\u4f53\u7684\u306a\u6b7b\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

These unbelievers will be raised back to life and will stand before the great white throne to be judged by Jesus.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u4e0d\u4fe1\u8005\u306f\u751f\u304d\u8fd4\u308a\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u88c1\u304b\u308c\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3001\u5927\u3044\u306a\u308b\u767d\u3044\u5fa1\u5ea7\u306e\u524d\u306b\u7acb\u3061\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

However, they will experience a second death, which will be eternal separation from God forever in the lake of fire. \u3000\u3057\u304b\u3057\u306a\u304c\u3089\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u706b\u306e\u6c60\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u6c38\u9060\u306b\u795e\u304b\u3089\u5f15\u304d\u96e2\u3055\u308c\u308b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u306e\u6b7b\u3092\u7d4c\u9a13\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

When it comes to trials and judgments handed down in a court of law in the world we live in, I almost feel like it is a game of you win some and you lose some.\u3000 \u79c1\u9054\u304c\u751f\u304d\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u306e\u4e16\u754c\u3067\u3001\u88c1\u5224\u3067\u4e0b\u3055\u308c\u308b\u88c1\u5224\u3084\u5224\u6c7a\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8a00\u3048\u3070\u3001\u307b\u3068\u3093\u3069\u52dd\u3061\u8ca0\u3051\u306e\u30b2\u30fc\u30e0\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u611f\u3058\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

I know that sounds somewhat flippant, but I say this because of how the court system is set up.\u3000 \u3044\u3055\u3055\u304b\u8efd\u8584\u306b\u805e\u3053\u3048\u308b\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u306a\u3044\u304c\u3001\u79c1\u304c\u3053\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u8a00\u3046\u306e\u306f\u3001\u88c1\u5224\u5236\u5ea6\u304c\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u8a2d\u5b9a\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u304b\u306b\u3088\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

We have a judge who presides over the court, who is human.\u3000 \u6cd5\u5ef7\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u4ed5\u5207\u308b\u88c1\u5224\u5b98\u3082\u4eba\u9593\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

He or she is a flawed and sinful human being just like the people who are brought before him or her in the courthouse.\u3000\u88c1\u5224\u6240\u3067\u5f7c\u3001\u5f7c\u5973\u306e\u524d\u306b\u7acb\u3064\u4eba\u3005\u3068\u540c\u3058\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u305d\u306e\u88c1\u5224\u5b98\u3082\u6b20\u9665\u306e\u3042\u308b\u7f6a\u6df1\u3044\u4eba\u9593\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

We have attorneys, both on the side of the prosecution and defense, who are also flawed and sinful human beings.\u3000 \u691c\u5bdf\u5074\u306b\u3082\u5f01\u8b77\u5074\u306b\u3082\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u304c\u3044\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u3082\u307e\u305f\u6b20\u9665\u306e\u3042\u308b\u7f6a\u6df1\u3044\u4eba\u9593\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

He is without sin, and thus as the sinless and righteous Son of God, He has the authority to judge us. \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306f\u7f6a\u306e\u306a\u3044\u304a\u65b9\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3001\u7f6a\u306e\u306a\u3044\u6b63\u3057\u3044\u795e\u306e\u5fa1\u5b50\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u3092\u88c1\u304f\u6a29\u5a01\u3092\u6301\u3063\u3066\u304a\u3089\u308c\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

And He can offer us the judgment of \u201cnot condemned\u201d or \u201cnot guilty\u201d because He has justified us through His work of redemption in going to the cross to die for our sins. \u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306f\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u7f6a\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u306b\u304b\u304b\u308a\u6b7b\u3093\u3067\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3063\u305f\u3068\u3044\u3046\u8d16\u3044\u306e\u5fa1\u696d\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u3092\u7fa9\u3068\u3057\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306b\u300c\u975e\u96e3\u3055\u308c\u306a\u3044\u300d\u3042\u308b\u3044\u306f\u300c\u7121\u7f6a\u3067\u3042\u308b\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u88c1\u6c7a\u3092\u4e0b\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This truth is highlighted in the second part of Isaiah 53:6. \u3053\u306e\u771f\u7406\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30b6\u30e4\u66f8\uff15\uff13\u7ae0\uff16\u7bc0\u306e\u5f8c\u534a\u3067\u5f37\u8abf\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Isaiah 53:6\uff08\u30a4\u30b6\u30e4\u66f8\uff15\uff13\u7ae0\uff16\u7bc0\uff09All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; but the\u00a0Lord\u00a0has caused the iniquity of us all to\u00a0fall on Him. \u308f\u308c\u308f\u308c\u306f\u307f\u306a\u7f8a\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u8ff7\u3063\u3066\u3001\u304a\u306e\u304a\u306e\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u9053\u306b\u5411\u304b\u3063\u3066\u884c\u3063\u305f\u3002\u4e3b\u306f\u308f\u308c\u308f\u308c\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u8005\u306e\u4e0d\u7fa9\u3092\u3001\u5f7c\u306e\u4e0a\u306b\u304a\u304b\u308c\u305f\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are sinners who have gone astray from God, but God caused our iniquity (our sins) to fall on Jesus Christ. \u79c1\u9054\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u304b\u3089\u8ff7\u3044\u51fa\u305f\u7f6a\u4eba\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u548e\uff08\u7f6a\uff09\u3092\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u4e0a\u306b\u8ca0\u308f\u305b\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This truth is also highlighted in the verses that follow what the apostle Paul wrote in Romans 3:23. \u3053\u306e\u771f\u7406\u306f\u3001\u4f7f\u5f92\u30d1\u30a6\u30ed\u304c\u30ed\u30fc\u30de\u4eba\u3078\u306e\u624b\u7d19\uff13\u7ae0\uff12\uff13\u7bc0\u306b\u66f8\u3044\u305f\u5185\u5bb9\u306b\u7d9a\u304f\u7b87\u6240\u3067\u3082\u5f37\u8abf\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Jesus going to the cross showed that He was just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Him. \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306f\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u306b\u304b\u304b\u308a\u3001\u3054\u81ea\u5206\u304c\u6b63\u7fa9\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u3054\u81ea\u5206\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u8005\u3092\u7fa9\u3068\u3055\u308c\u308b\u65b9\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

\u201cand He will come to judge the living and the dead\u201d\u300c\u304b\u3057\u3053\u3088\u308a\u6765\u305f\u308a\u3066\u3001\u751f\u3051\u308b\u8005\u3068\u6b7b\u306b\u305f\u308b\u8005\u3068\u3092\u88c1\u304d\u305f\u307e\u308f\u3093\u300d<\/p>\n

This is what we believe and declare every Sunday in our worship service. \u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u6bce\u9031\u65e5\u66dc\u65e5\u306e\u793c\u62dd\u3067\u4fe1\u3058\u3001\u5ba3\u8a00\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Last Sunday, Pastor Okura reminded us of the joy that we can have now in our relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ, because we know of the certainty of His return. \u5148\u9031\u306e\u65e5\u66dc\u65e5\u3001\u5927\u5009\u7267\u5e2b\u306f\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u795e\u3068\u306e\u95a2\u4fc2\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u4eca\u3001\u6301\u3064\u3053\u3068\u306e\u3067\u304d\u308b\u559c\u3073\u3092\u601d\u3044\u51fa\u3055\u305b\u3066\u304f\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

That will indeed be the best day of our lives, and thinking of it should fill our hearts with joy now. \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u304c\u518d\u81e8\u3055\u308c\u308b\u65e5\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u4eba\u751f\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u6700\u9ad8\u306e\u65e5\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

However, maybe that is not how you view Jesus\u2019 return. \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u3082\u3057\u304b\u3057\u305f\u3089\u3001\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u518d\u81e8\u3092\u305d\u3046\u8003\u3048\u3066\u3044\u306a\u3044\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

Perhaps, you are now afraid of how Jesus will judge you. \u00a0\u3082\u3057\u304b\u3057\u305f\u3089\u3001\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306f\u4eca\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u81ea\u5206\u3092\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u88c1\u304f\u306e\u3060\u308d\u3046\u304b\u3068\u6050\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

If that is the case, let me share with you how you can await Jesus\u2019 return with great joy. \u3082\u3057\u305d\u3046\u306a\u3089\u3001\u3069\u3046\u3059\u308c\u3070\u5927\u304d\u306a\u559c\u3073\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306e\u518d\u81e8\u3092\u5f85\u3064\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u304b\u3092\u304a\u8a71\u3057\u3057\u307e\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n

Let me begin by reading 1 John 5:4, 5, which Pastor Okura also shared with us last week. \u00a0\u307e\u305a\u3001\u5148\u9031\u5927\u5009\u7267\u5e2b\u3082\u5206\u304b\u3061\u5408\u3063\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3063\u305f\u7b2c\u4e00\u30e8\u30cf\u30cd\uff15\u7ae0\uff14\u7bc0\u3001\uff15\u7bc0\u3092\u8aad\u307f\u307e\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n

1 John 5:4, 5\uff08\u30e8\u30cf\u30cd\u7b2c\u4e00\u306e\u624b\u7d19\uff15\u7ae0\uff14\u7bc0\u3001\uff15\u7bc0\uff094\u00a0<\/sup>for everyone born of God\u00a0overcomes\u00a0the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.\u00a05\u00a0<\/sup>Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. 5\u00a0<\/sup>Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.4<\/sup>\u306a\u305c\u306a\u3089\u3001\u3059\u3079\u3066\u795e\u304b\u3089\u751f\u308c\u305f\u8005\u306f\u3001\u4e16\u306b\u52dd\u3064\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002\u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u308f\u305f\u3057\u305f\u3061\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3053\u305d\u3001\u4e16\u306b\u52dd\u305f\u3057\u3081\u305f\u52dd\u5229\u306e\u529b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002\u00a05<\/sup>\u4e16\u306b\u52dd\u3064\u8005\u306f\u3060\u308c\u304b\u3002\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u3092\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3068\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u8005\u3067\u306f\u306a\u3044\u304b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here, we are told of who overcomes the world: Everyone born of God, that is those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God. \u3053\u3053\u3067\u3001\u8ab0\u304c\u4e16\u306b\u6253\u3061\u52dd\u3064\u304b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8a9e\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\uff1a \u3059\u306a\u308f\u3061\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u795e\u306e\u5fa1\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u8005\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This refers to the victory we have in living in this world through our life with Jesus Christ, because He is the victorious One! \u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u304c\u52dd\u5229\u306e\u304a\u65b9\u3067\u3042\u308b\u305f\u3081\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3068\u306e\u751f\u6d3b\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u3053\u306e\u4e16\u3067\u751f\u304d\u308b\u4e0a\u3067\u306e\u52dd\u5229\u3092\u610f\u5473\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\uff01<\/p>\n

Listen to Jesus\u2019 words to His disciples just before He was to go to the cross to die for our sins. \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u7f6a\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u306b\u304b\u304b\u3063\u3066\u6b7b\u306a\u308c\u308b\u76f4\u524d\u3001\u5f1f\u5b50\u9054\u306b\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u305f\u8a00\u8449\u3092\u805e\u3044\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\u3002<\/p>\n

John 16:33\uff08\u30e8\u30cf\u30cd\uff11\uff16\u7ae0\uff13\uff13\u7bc0\uff09\u201cThese things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. Jesus has overcome the world by taking upon Himself the sins of all mankind, and conquering the wages of sin which is death through His resurrection from the dead. \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306f\u5168\u4eba\u985e\u306e\u7f6a\u3092\u305d\u306e\u8eab\u306b\u8ca0\u3044\u3001\u6b7b\u304b\u3089\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u7f6a\u306e\u5831\u916c\u3067\u3042\u308b\u6b7b\u306b\u6253\u3061\u52dd\u3064\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u3001\u4e16\u306b\u6253\u3061\u52dd\u3061\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

The apostle Paul describes this victory in the following manner. \u4f7f\u5f92\u30d1\u30a6\u30ed\u306f\u3053\u306e\u52dd\u5229\u3092\u6b21\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u63cf\u5199\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

1 Corinthians 15:55-57\uff08\u30b3\u30ea\u30f3\u30c8\u4eba\u3078\u306e\u7b2c\u4e00\u306e\u624b\u7d19\uff11\uff15\u7ae0\uff15\uff15\u7bc0\u2014\uff15\uff17\u7bc0\uff09\u201cDeath is swallowed up\u00a0in victory.\u00a055\u00a0<\/sup>O death, where is your victory? So, if you want the assurance to be able to stand before Jesus Christ when He returns, all you have to do is to be born of God by believing that Jesus is the Son of God.\u3067\u3059\u304b\u3089\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u304c\u518d\u81e8\u3055\u308c\u308b\u6642\u306b\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u524d\u306b\u7acb\u3064\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u4fdd\u8a3c\u304c\u6b32\u3057\u3051\u308c\u3070\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u3066\u3001\u795e\u304b\u3089\u751f\u307e\u308c\u308b\u3060\u3051\u3067\u3044\u3044\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

To be born of God means to be \u201cborn again,\u201d which Jesus exhorted a Pharisee named Nicodemus to do. \u795e\u304b\u3089\u751f\u307e\u308c\u308b\u3068\u306f\u300c\u65b0\u3057\u304f\u751f\u307e\u308c\u308b\u300d\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306f\u30cb\u30b3\u30c7\u30e2\u3068\u3044\u3046\u30d1\u30ea\u30b5\u30a4\u4eba\u306b\u305d\u3046\u3059\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u52e7\u3081\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

To be born again means a spiritual rebirth. \u65b0\u3057\u304f\u751f\u307e\u308c\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3001\u970a\u7684\u306b\u518d\u5ea6\u751f\u307e\u308c\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Physically we are born into this world, but we are spiritually dead in our relationship with God due to our sinful nature. \u79c1\u9054\u306f\u8089\u4f53\u7684\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u4e16\u306b\u751f\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u7f6a\u6df1\u3044\u672c\u6027\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u795e\u3068\u306e\u95a2\u4fc2\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u970a\u7684\u306b\u6b7b\u3093\u3067\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Through faith in Jesus Christ, we are spiritually \u201cborn again\u201d into a right relationship with God. \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u970a\u7684\u306b\u795e\u3068\u306e\u6b63\u3057\u3044\u95a2\u4fc2\u306b\u300c\u65b0\u751f\u300d\u3059\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

When we think of it in terms of the first resurrection and second death that was talked about earlier as it relates to Jesus\u2019 judging of the living and the dead, those who are born twice are said to die only once for they will live eternally with God after the first resurrection.\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u751f\u8005\u3068\u6b7b\u8005\u3092\u88c1\u304f\u3053\u3068\u306b\u95a2\u9023\u3057\u3066\u3001\u5148\u306b\u8ff0\u3079\u305f\u7b2c\u4e00\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u3068\u7b2c\u4e8c\u306e\u6b7b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u89b3\u70b9\u304b\u3089\u8003\u3048\u308b\u6642\u3001\u4e8c\u5ea6\u751f\u307e\u308c\u305f\u8005\u306f\u3001\u7b2c\u4e00\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u306e\u5f8c\u3001\u795e\u3068\u5171\u306b\u6c38\u9060\u306b\u751f\u304d\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3001\u6b7b\u306c\u306e\u306f\u4e00\u5ea6\u3060\u3051\u3068\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

On the other hand, those who are born only once, that is only physically but not spiritually born again, are said to die twice with the second death being an eternal separation from God in the lake of fire.\u4e00\u65b9\u3001\u4e00\u5ea6\u3057\u304b\u751f\u307e\u308c\u306a\u3044\u8005\u3001\u3064\u307e\u308a\u8089\u4f53\u7684\u306b\u306f\u751f\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u970a\u7684\u306b\u306f\u751f\u307e\u308c\u5909\u308f\u3089\u306a\u3044\u8005\u306f\u3001\u4e8c\u5ea6\u6b7b\u306c\u3068\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u3001\u4e8c\u5ea6\u76ee\u306e\u6b7b\u306f\u706b\u306e\u6c60\u3067\u795e\u304b\u3089\u6c38\u9060\u306b\u5f15\u304d\u96e2\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Thus, Jesus exhorted Nicodemus to be born again through believing in Him. \u3053\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306f\u30cb\u30b3\u30c7\u30e2\u306b\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u3066\u751f\u307e\u308c\u5909\u308f\u308b\u3088\u3046\u52e7\u3081\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

Jesus made it clear that those who believe in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u8005\u306f\u6ec5\u3073\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306a\u304f\u3001\u6c38\u9060\u306e\u547d\u3092\u6301\u3064\u3068\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306f\u660e\u8a00\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

This means that when Jesus returns to judge the living and the dead, those who believe in Him as the Son of God will not be judged but be saved. \u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u751f\u8005\u3068\u6b7b\u8005\u3092\u88c1\u304f\u305f\u3081\u306b\u518d\u81e8\u3055\u308c\u308b\u6642\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3068\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u8005\u306f\u88c1\u304b\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306a\u304f\u6551\u308f\u308c\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

They will be together with Jesus in His Millennial Kingdom, and live forever with Him in heaven because they will be part of the first resurrection. \u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5343\u5e74\u738b\u56fd\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u5171\u306b\u3042\u308a\u3001\u6700\u521d\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u306b\u4e0e\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3001\u5929\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u5171\u306b\u6c38\u9060\u306b\u751f\u304d\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

And we are assured of this because salvation is not based on what we have done or will do, but is based on the perfect work of Jesus Christ. \u6551\u3044\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u4f55\u3092\u3057\u305f\u304b\u3001\u3042\u308b\u3044\u306f\u3053\u308c\u304b\u3089\u4f55\u3092\u3059\u308b\u304b\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304f\u306e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u5b8c\u5168\u306a\u5fa1\u696d\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304f\u3082\u306e\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Thus, our salvation is secured by believing in Jesus Christ as the Son of God. \u3067\u3059\u304b\u3089\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u6551\u3044\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3092\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3068\u3057\u3066\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u4fdd\u8a3c\u3055\u308c\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

In so doing, we are putting our complete trust in Him, and thus in His perfect work and promises to us. \u305d\u3046\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306b\u5168\u5e45\u306e\u4fe1\u983c\u3092\u7f6e\u304f\u3053\u3068\u306b\u306a\u308a\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u5b8c\u5168\u306a\u5fa1\u696d\u3068\u79c1\u9054\u3078\u306e\u7d04\u675f\u306b\u4fe1\u983c\u3092\u7f6e\u304f\u3053\u3068\u306b\u306a\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

And in the Bible, we are promised that if God is for us, our victory is certain through Jesus Christ. \u305d\u3057\u3066\u8056\u66f8\u306b\u306f\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u304c\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u304a\u3089\u308c\u308b\u306a\u3089\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u52dd\u5229\u306f\u78ba\u304b\u306a\u3082\u306e\u3068\u306a\u308b\u3068\u7d04\u675f\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Romans 8:31-34\uff08\u30ed\u30fc\u30de\u4eba\u3078\u306e\u624b\u7d19\uff18\u7ae0\uff13\uff11\u7bc0\u2014\uff13\uff14\u7bc0\uff0931\u00a0<\/sup>What then shall we say to these things?\u00a0If God\u00a0is<\/em>\u00a0for us, who\u00a0is<\/em>\u00a0against us?\u00a032\u00a0<\/sup>He who\u00a0did not spare His own Son, but\u00a0delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?\u00a033\u00a0<\/sup>Who will bring a charge against\u00a0God\u2019s elect?\u00a0God is the one who justifies;\u00a034\u00a0<\/sup>who is the one who\u00a0condemns? In Jesus Christ, God\u2019s only Son, our Lord, we have victory! \u795e\u306e\u3072\u3068\u308a\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u4e3b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306b\u306f\u52dd\u5229\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\uff01<\/p>\n

We can look forward with great joy, not only to Jesus\u2019s return but also His judgment! \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u518d\u81e8\u3060\u3051\u3067\u306a\u304f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u88c1\u304d\u3092\u3082\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u5927\u304d\u306a\u559c\u3073\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u5f85\u3061\u671b\u3080\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\uff01<\/p>\n
