They also show us that Shem and Ham and Japheth entered the ark with their father Noah, their mother, and their wives; eight in all.\u3000 \u307e\u305f\u30bb\u30e0\u3001\u30cf\u30e0\u3001\u30e4\u30da\u30c6\u306f\u3001\u7236\u30ce\u30a2\u3001\u6bcd\u3001\u59bb\u3068\u5171\u306b\u3001\u305d\u306e\u516b\u4eba\u306e\u5168\u3066\u304c\u7bb1\u821f\u306b\u5165\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
These eight people then came out of the ark after the whole world was cleansed by the Flood.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u516b\u4eba\u306f\u3001\u5927\u6d2a\u6c34\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u304c\u304d\u3088\u3081\u3089\u308c\u305f\u5f8c\u3001\u7bb1\u821f\u304b\u3089\u51fa\u3066\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

As Noah and his family of eight came out of the ark, God blessed them and gave them some specific instructions regarding what they were to do and not do.\u3000 \u30ce\u30a2\u3068\u305d\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u516b\u4eba\u304c\u7bb1\u821f\u304b\u3089\u51fa\u3066\u304d\u305f\u6642\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u5f7c\u3089\u3092\u795d\u798f\u3057\u3001\u306a\u3059\u3079\u304d\u3053\u3068\u3068\u306a\u3059\u3079\u304d\u3067\u306a\u3044\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u3044\u304f\u3064\u304b\u306e\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u306a\u6307\u793a\u3092\u4e0e\u3048\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
God told Noah and his sons basically the same thing that He told Adam and Eve, which was to \u201cBe fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth\u201d (Genesis 9:1; 1:28). \u795e\u69d8\u306f\u30ce\u30a2\u3068\u305d\u306e\u606f\u5b50\u9054\u306b\u30a2\u30c0\u30e0\u3068\u30a8\u30d0\u306b\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3068\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u306b\u540c\u3058\u3053\u3068\u3001\u300c\u751f\u3081\u3088\u3001\u3075\u3048\u3088\u3001\u5730\u306b\u6e80\u3061\u3088\u300d\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff19\u7ae0\uff11\u7bc0\u3068\uff11\u7ae0\uff12\uff18\u7bc0\uff09\u3068\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
In other words, they were told to have children and populate the earth.\u3000 \u8a00\u3044\u63db\u3048\u308c\u3070\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u5b50\u4f9b\u3092\u4f5c\u308a\u3001\u5927\u5730\u306b\u4eba\u3092\u5897\u3084\u3059\u3088\u3046\u306b\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
God also gave Noah and his sons the permission to eat not just every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, \u795e\u69d8\u306f\u307e\u305f\u3001\u30ce\u30a2\u3068\u305d\u306e\u606f\u5b50\u9054\u306b\u3001\u5730\u8868\u306b\u3042\u308b\u7a2e\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3059\u5168\u3066\u306e\u690d\u7269\u3001<\/p>\n

However, God prohibited them from eating and drinking the blood of these living things (Genesis 9:4).\u3000\u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u751f\u304d\u7269\u306e\u8840\u3092\u98f2\u307f\u98df\u3044\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u7981\u3058\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a189:4\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
God also prohibited them from shedding a person\u2019s blood (Genesis 9:5-6), that is to murder a person.\u3000 \u795e\u69d8\u306f\u307e\u305f\u3001\u4eba\u306e\u8840\u3092\u6d41\u3059\u3053\u3068\u3082\u7981\u3058\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a189:5-6\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
God reminded Noah and his family that unlike other living things, human beings are made in the image of God (Genesis 9:6), \u795e\u69d8\u306f\u30ce\u30a2\u3068\u305d\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u306b\u3001\u4ed6\u306e\u751f\u304d\u7269\u3068\u9055\u3063\u3066\u4eba\u9593\u306f\u795e\u306b\u4f3c\u305b\u3066\u9020\u3089\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3060\u304b\u3089\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a189:6\uff09\u3001<\/p>\n
and therefore their life is to be valued greatly. \u3000\u305d\u306e\u547d\u306f\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u5927\u5207\u306b\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3079\u304d\u3060\u3001\u3068\u5ff5\u3092\u62bc\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

God\u2019s covenant with Noah and his sons, and actually with all flesh (living things), \u795e\u69d8\u304c\u30ce\u30a2\u3068\u305d\u306e\u606f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u3001\u305d\u3057\u3066\u5b9f\u969b\u306b\u306f\u5168\u3066\u306e\u8089\u306a\u308b\u3082\u306e\uff08\u751f\u304d\u7269\uff09\u3068\u4ea4\u308f\u3057\u305f\u5951\u7d04\u306f\u3001<\/p>\n
was that He will never again flood the earth to destroy it (Genesis 9:8-11).\u3000\u4e8c\u5ea6\u3068\u6d2a\u6c34\u3067\u5730\u4e0a\u3092\u6ec5\u307c\u3055\u306a\u3044\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a189:8-11\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
This does not mean that there will no longer be rain on this earth or localized floods.\u3000\u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u3082\u306f\u3084\u3053\u306e\u5730\u4e0a\u306b\u96e8\u304c\u964d\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3068\u304b\u3001\u5c40\u5730\u7684\u306a\u6d2a\u6c34\u304c\u8d77\u3053\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3068\u3044\u3046\u610f\u5473\u3067\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n
It does mean that God will no longer judge the entire world by destroying it with a worldwide flood as He did in Noah\u2019s time.\u3000 \u30ce\u30a2\u306e\u6642\u4ee3\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u795e\u304c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u3092\u6d2a\u6c34\u3067\u7834\u58ca\u3057\u3066\u88c1\u304f\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3082\u3046\u306a\u3044\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

God says that when He sees the bow in the cloud, it will remind Him of this everlasting covenant between Him and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth (Genesis 9:16).\u3000\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u3001\u96f2\u306b\u6d6e\u304b\u3076\u8679\u3092\u898b\u308b\u6642\u3001\u795e\u3068\u5730\u4e0a\u306b\u751f\u304d\u308b\u5168\u3066\u306e\u751f\u304d\u3082\u306e\u3068\u306e\u9593\u306b\u7d50\u3070\u308c\u305f\u3001\u3053\u306e\u6c38\u9060\u306e\u5951\u7d04\u3092\u601d\u3044\u8d77\u3053\u3059\u3060\u308d\u3046\u3068\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a189:16\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

here at the new beginning of the world after the Flood, God blessed Noah and his sons and made a covenant with them.\u3000\u5927\u6d2a\u6c34\u5f8c\u306e\u4e16\u754c\u306e\u65b0\u305f\u306a\u59cb\u307e\u308a\u306b\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u30ce\u30a2\u3068\u305d\u306e\u606f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u3092\u795d\u798f\u3057\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u3068\u5951\u7d04\u3092\u7d50\u3093\u3060\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n
Sadly, we see the effects of sin once again in Noah and his sons as we did with Adam and Eve and their children.\u3000 \u60b2\u3057\u3044\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3001\u30a2\u30c0\u30e0\u3068\u30a8\u30d0\u3068\u305d\u306e\u5b50\u4f9b\u305f\u3061\u3068\u540c\u3058\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u30ce\u30a2\u3068\u305d\u306e\u606f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u306b\u3082\u518d\u3073\u7f6a\u306e\u5f71\u97ff\u304c\u898b\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
We read about this in what happened to Noah and his sons as they began to settle back into life here on this earth.\u3000 \u79c1\u9054\u306f\u3001\u30ce\u30a2\u3068\u305d\u306e\u606f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u304c\u3053\u306e\u5730\u4e0a\u3067\u306e\u751f\u6d3b\u306b\u843d\u3061\u7740\u304d\u59cb\u3081\u305f\u3068\u304d\u306b\u8d77\u3053\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u8aad\u3093\u3067\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

It says here that Noah began farming and planted a vineyard.\u3000 \u3053\u3053\u306b\u306f\u3001\u30ce\u30a2\u304c\u8fb2\u696d\u3092\u59cb\u3081\u3001\u3076\u3069\u3046\u3092\u5712\u306b\u690d\u3048\u305f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Having come out the ark, Noah worked hard to produce food and provide for his family.\u3000 \u7bb1\u821f\u304b\u3089\u51fa\u3066\u304d\u305f\u30ce\u30a2\u306f\u3001\u98df\u6599\u3092\u751f\u7523\u3057\u3001\u5bb6\u65cf\u3092\u990a\u3046\u305f\u3081\u306b\u61f8\u547d\u306b\u50cd\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this.\u3000\u305d\u308c\u81ea\u4f53\u306b\u306f\u4f55\u306e\u554f\u984c\u3082\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n
However, it is what he did next that was sad.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u5f7c\u304c\u6b21\u306b\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306f\u60b2\u3057\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
It says that Noah became drunk, and uncovered himself inside his tent.\u3000 \u30ce\u30a2\u306f\u9152\u306b\u9154\u3044\u3001\u5929\u5e55\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u8eab\u3092\u96a0\u3057\u305f\u3068\u3053\u3053\u306b\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
The Bible tells things as they are.\u00a0 It records the good things about Noah as well as the bad things.\u3000 \u8056\u66f8\u306f\u7269\u4e8b\u3092\u3042\u308a\u306e\u307e\u307e\u306b\u4f1d\u3048\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002 \u8056\u66f8\u306f\u30ce\u30a2\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u826f\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3082\u60aa\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3082\u8a18\u9332\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

We see this come into fruition as we look at the history of mankind, as the nations of the world come forth from Shem, Ham, and Japheth, and the world is repopulated through their descendants.\u3000 \u4eba\u985e\u306e\u6b74\u53f2\u3092\u898b\u308b\u3068\u3001\u30bb\u30e0\u3001\u30cf\u30e0\u3001\u30e4\u30da\u30c6\u304b\u3089\u4e16\u754c\u306e\u56fd\u3005\u304c\u751f\u307e\u308c\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306e\u5b50\u5b6b\u306f\u4e16\u754c\u306b\u5897\u3048\u5e83\u304c\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
The description of the various nations and people groups that come from each of these sons of Noah can be seen in Genesis 10.\u3000 \u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff10\u7ae0\u306b\u306f\u3001\u30ce\u30a2\u306e\u606f\u5b50\u9054\u304b\u3089\u751f\u307e\u308c\u305f\u69d8\u3005\u306a\u56fd\u3084\u6c11\u65cf\u306e\u8a18\u8ff0\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Because of time, we will not go over these nations and people groups in detail.\u3000 \u6642\u9593\u306e\u95a2\u4fc2\u3067\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u56fd\u3084\u6c11\u65cf\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8a73\u3057\u304f\u8aac\u660e\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3057\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n
However, I do want to point out a few important things.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u3044\u304f\u3064\u304b\u91cd\u8981\u306a\u3053\u3068\u3092\u6307\u6458\u3057\u3066\u304a\u304d\u305f\u3044\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Genesis 10 starts out by stating:\u3000 \u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff10\u7ae0\u306f\u3053\u3046\u59cb\u307e\u308a\u307e\u3059\uff1a<\/p>\n

Now these are\u00a0the records of<\/em>\u00a0the generations of Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah; and sons were born to them after the flood. \u30ce\u30a2\u306e\u5b50\u30bb\u30e0\u3001\u30cf\u30e0\u3001\u30e4\u30da\u30c6\u306e\u7cfb\u56f3\u306f\u6b21\u306e\u3068\u304a\u308a\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002\u6d2a\u6c34\u306e\u5f8c\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306b\u5b50\u304c\u751f\u308c\u305f\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\nJapheth was the eldest son of Noah, but Shem is always named first, \u30e4\u30da\u30c6\u306f\u30ce\u30a2\u306e\u9577\u7537\u3067\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u30bb\u30e0\u306e\u540d\u304c\u5e38\u306b\u6700\u521d\u306b\u6319\u3052\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u306f\u3001<\/p>\n
because it was through the line of Shem (Genesis 10:21-31) that Abraham would come forth, and the family from which the Messiah would eventually come.\u3000\u30bb\u30e0\u306e\u5bb6\u7cfb\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\u751f\u307e\u308c\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a1810:21-31\uff09\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306f\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u304c\u751f\u307e\u308c\u308b\u5bb6\u7cfb\u3060\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Noah said, \u201cMay God enlarge Japheth,\u201d so the family line of Japheth was to spread out through the earth. \u30ce\u30a2\u304c\u300c\u795e\u304c\u30e4\u30da\u30c6\u3092\u5927\u3044\u306a\u308b\u3082\u306e\u306b\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3088\u3046\u306b\u300d\u3068\u8a00\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3001\u30e4\u30da\u30c6\u306e\u5bb6\u7cfb\u306f\u5730\u4e0a\u306b\u5e83\u304c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Based on what is written in Genesis 10:2-5, from Japheth came the European nations including Russia.\u3000 \u5275\u4e16\u8a1810:2-5\u306b\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304b\u3089\u3001\u30e4\u30da\u30c6\u304b\u3089\u30ed\u30b7\u30a2\u3092\u542b\u3080\u30e8\u30fc\u30ed\u30c3\u30d1\u8af8\u56fd\u304c\u751f\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
From Japheth also came \u201cmaritime\u201d or seafaring peoples.\u3000 \u30e4\u30da\u30c6\u304b\u3089\u306f\u300c\u6d77\u6d0b\u6c11\u65cf\u300d\u3001\u3064\u307e\u308a\u6d77\u306b\u4f4f\u3080\u6c11\u65cf\u3082\u751f\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Thus, they spread out through the earth.\u3000 \u3053\u3046\u3057\u3066\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u5730\u4e0a\u306b\u5e83\u304c\u3063\u3066\u3044\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Based on what is written in Genesis 10:6-20, we can find many of the nations that became enemies of Israel were from the line of Ham.\u3000 \u5275\u4e16\u8a1810:6-20\u306b\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304b\u3089\u3001\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u6575\u3068\u306a\u3063\u305f\u56fd\u3005\u306e\u591a\u304f\u304c\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u8840\u7b4b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u5206\u304b\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Ham\u2019s son Canaan was the father of the middle-eastern peoples, many of whom were conquered by Joshua when Israel took the Promised Land.\u3000 \u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u5b50\u30ab\u30ca\u30f3\u306f\u4e2d\u6771\u306e\u6c11\u65cf\u306e\u7236\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u305d\u306e\u591a\u304f\u306f\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u304c\u7d04\u675f\u306e\u5730\u3092\u624b\u306b\u5165\u308c\u305f\u6642\u306b\u30e8\u30b7\u30e5\u30a2\u306b\u5f81\u670d\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
These included the Hittites and Jebusites, the Amorites and Canaanites.\u3000 \u30d2\u30c3\u30bf\u30a4\u30c8\u4eba\u3001\u30a8\u30d6\u30b9\u4eba\u3001\u30a2\u30e2\u30ea\u4eba\u3001\u30ab\u30ca\u30f3\u4eba\u306a\u3069\u304c\u3001\u305d\u308c\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
It should also be noted that Nimrod who built the city of Babel was a descendant of Ham.\u3000 \u307e\u305f\u3001\u30d0\u30d9\u30eb\u306e\u90fd\u3092\u7bc9\u3044\u305f\u30cb\u30e0\u30ed\u30c7\u306f\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u5b50\u5b6b\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3082\u6ce8\u76ee\u3059\u3079\u304d\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Yes, this was the place where a tower whose top will reach into heaven was attempted to be built, and the people were scattered and the different languages of the world came about (Genesis 11:1-9).\u3000 \u305d\u3046\u3001\u305d\u3053\u306f\u5929\u307e\u3067\u5c4a\u304f\u5854\u3092\u5efa\u3066\u3088\u3046\u3068\u3057\u305f\u5834\u6240\u3067\u3001\u4eba\u3005\u306f\u6563\u3089\u3055\u308c\u3001\u4e16\u754c\u306e\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u8a00\u8a9e\u304c\u751f\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a1811:1-9\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
It showed the heights of mankind\u2019s arrogance and rebellion towards God.\u3000 \u305d\u308c\u306f\u4eba\u985e\u306e\u795e\u69d8\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u50b2\u6162\u3068\u53cd\u9006\u306e\u9ad8\u3055\u3092\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
So, we see the spiraling effects of sin through the family line of Ham as well as the hope of the coming of a Messiah that will save the world through the family line of Shem.\u3000 \u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u3001\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u5bb6\u7cfb\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u7f6a\u306e\u30b9\u30d1\u30a4\u30e9\u30eb\u7684\u306a\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u898b\u308b\u3060\u3051\u3067\u306a\u304f\u3001\u30bb\u30e0\u306e\u5bb6\u7cfb\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u4e16\u754c\u3092\u6551\u3046\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u5230\u6765\u3068\u3044\u3046\u5e0c\u671b\u3092\u898b\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
So, what can we learn from Ham\u2019s life and the curse he received from his father Noah?\u3000 \u3067\u306f\u3001\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u751f\u6daf\u3068\u5f7c\u304c\u7236\u30ce\u30a2\u304b\u3089\u53d7\u3051\u305f\u546a\u3044\u304b\u3089\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u4f55\u3092\u5b66\u3076\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u304b\u3002<\/p>\n
First of all, we can see that Ham\u2019s sin was that he did not show kindness nor respect towards his father Noah but delighted in exposing his father\u2019s nakedness.\u3000 \u307e\u305a\u7b2c\u4e00\u306b\u3001\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u7f6a\u306f\u3001\u7236\u30ce\u30a2\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u512a\u3057\u3055\u3082\u656c\u610f\u3082\u793a\u3055\u305a\u3001\u7236\u306e\u88f8\u3092\u3055\u3089\u3059\u3053\u3068\u3092\u559c\u3093\u3060\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
So, in a way we can understand through the curse that was brought upon Ham how much God values respect, and particularly respecting one\u2019s parents.\u3000 \u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u304c\u3069\u308c\u307b\u3069\u656c\u610f\u3092\u91cd\u3093\u3058\u3066\u304a\u3089\u308c\u308b\u304b\u3001\u7279\u306b\u89aa\u3092\u5c0a\u656c\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u91cd\u3093\u3058\u3066\u304a\u3089\u308c\u308b\u304b\u304c\u3001\u30cf\u30e0\u306b\u304b\u3051\u3089\u308c\u305f\u546a\u3044\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u7406\u89e3\u3067\u304d\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
It is the starting point for us in loving others as God wills for us.\u3000 \u305d\u308c\u306f\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u304c\u79c1\u9054\u306b\u671b\u307e\u308c\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u4ed6\u8005\u3092\u611b\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306e\u51fa\u767a\u70b9\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Interestingly, this is the first commandment that has a promise associated with it.\u3000 \u8208\u5473\u6df1\u3044\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u6212\u3081\u306f\u7d04\u675f\u304c\u4f34\u3046\u6700\u521d\u306e\u6212\u3081\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
God promises us that when we honor our father and our mother, He will prolong our days in the place that He gives us to live.\u3000 \u795e\u69d8\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u7236\u3068\u6bcd\u3092\u656c\u3046\u6642\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u304c\u4e0e\u3048\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u308b\u5834\u6240\u3067\u79c1\u9054\u306e\u65e5\u3005\u3092\u9577\u3089\u3048\u3055\u305b\u308b\u3068\u7d04\u675f\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
In other words, when we do what is right, we will enjoy God\u2019s blessings.\u3000 \u8a00\u3044\u63db\u3048\u308c\u3070\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u6b63\u3057\u3044\u884c\u3044\u3092\u3059\u308c\u3070\u3001\u795e\u306e\u795d\u798f\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Secondly, we can see that sin has consequences, not only for ourselves but for those in our world.\u3000 \u7b2c\u4e8c\u306b\u3001\u7f6a\u306f\u81ea\u5206\u81ea\u8eab\u3060\u3051\u3067\u306a\u304f\u3001\u3053\u306e\u4e16\u754c\u306e\u4eba\u3005\u306b\u3082\u7d50\u679c\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u5206\u304b\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Ham\u2019s actions hurt his father.\u3000 \u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u884c\u70ba\u306f\u7236\u89aa\u3092\u50b7\u3064\u3051\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Noah\u2019s response was to curse Ham\u2019s son, and thus future generations in the process.\u3000 \u30ce\u30a2\u306e\u5bfe\u5fdc\u306f\u3001\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u606f\u5b50\u3092\u546a\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306f\u5c06\u6765\u306e\u4e16\u4ee3\u306b\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u4e0e\u3048\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
If we go back to the Garden of Eden, we are reminded that we all live with a curse because of the original sin of Adam and Even.\u3000 \u30a8\u30c7\u30f3\u306e\u5712\u306b\u623b\u308c\u3070\u3001\u30a2\u30c0\u30e0\u3068\u30a8\u30d0\u306e\u539f\u7f6a\u306e\u305b\u3044\u3067\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u307f\u306a\u546a\u3044\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u3066\u751f\u304d\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u601d\u3044\u77e5\u3089\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Sin causes pain.\u00a0 Sin is destructive.\u00a0 We all struggle with sin and its effects upon our lives.\u3000 \u7f6a\u306f\u75db\u307f\u3092\u5f15\u304d\u8d77\u3053\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002 \u7f6a\u306f\u7834\u58ca\u7684\u3067\u3059\u3002 \u79c1\u9054\u306f\u7686\u3001\u7f6a\u3068\u305d\u306e\u4eba\u751f\u3078\u306e\u5f71\u97ff\u3068\u95d8\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
The good news is that there is a remedy for sin.\u3000 \u826f\u3044\u77e5\u3089\u305b\u306f\u3001\u7f6a\u306b\u306f\u6551\u6e08\u7b56\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
The good news is that we are not saved by our own works or by our own righteous acts.\u3000 \u826f\u3044\u77e5\u3089\u305b\u3068\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u884c\u3044\u3084\u6b63\u3057\u3044\u884c\u3044\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u6551\u308f\u308c\u308b\u306e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
In fact, we have already seen this morning that Noah was not a perfect person.\u3000 \u5b9f\u969b\u3001\u4eca\u671d\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u30ce\u30a2\u304c\u5b8c\u5168\u306a\u4eba\u9593\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u65e2\u306b\u898b\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Yet, God recognized Noah as being righteous through the faith Noah had in Him.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u3001\u30ce\u30a2\u304c\u795e\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u3001\u30ce\u30a2\u3092\u7fa9\u3068\u8a8d\u3081\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
And although we have yet to study the life of Abraham who was a descendant of Shem, we are reminded through the apostle Paul\u2019s letter to the Galatians \u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30bb\u30e0\u306e\u5b50\u5b6b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u751f\u6daf\u3092\u79c1\u7b49\u306f\u307e\u3060\u5b66\u3093\u3067\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u304c\u3001\u4f7f\u5f92\u30d1\u30a6\u30ed\u306e\u30ac\u30e9\u30c6\u30e4\u306e\u4fe1\u5f92\u3078\u306e\u624b\u7d19\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u3001<\/p>\n
