16<\/sup>\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306f\u9577\u5bff\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u5f7c\u3092\u6e80\u3061\u8db3\u3089\u305b\u3001\u308f\u304c\u6551\u3092\u5f7c\u306b\u793a\u3059\u3067\u3042\u308d\u3046\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\nThese are God\u2019s words to those who love Him.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u3092\u611b\u3059\u308b\u8005\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u795e\u306e\u8a00\u8449\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
God speaks blessings over those who love Him.\u3000 \u795e\u69d8\u306f\u795e\u3092\u611b\u3059\u308b\u8005\u306b\u795d\u798f\u3092\u8a9e\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
People in the Lord, are we not the people who love God?\u3000 \u4e3b\u306b\u3042\u308b\u7686\u3055\u3093\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u3092\u611b\u3059\u308b\u4eba\u3005\u3067\u3059\u3088\u306d\u3002<\/p>\n
As such, are we not here this morning to express our love to God through our offerings of praise and thanksgiving to Him?\u3000 \u305d\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u8005\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u4eca\u671d\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u8cdb\u7f8e\u3068\u611f\u8b1d\u306e\u6367\u3052\u7269\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u611b\u3092\u8868\u3059\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3053\u3053\u306b\u3044\u308b\u306e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u304b\u3002<\/p>\n
And as those who love Him, God blesses us with His presence, protection, and provision.\u3000 \u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u3092\u611b\u3059\u308b\u8005\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u79c1\u9054\u3092\u795e\u306e\u81e8\u5728\u3001\u4fdd\u8b77\u3001\u65e5\u3005\u306e\u63d0\u4f9b\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u795d\u798f\u3057\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
And such blessings also include long life and His salvation.\u3000 \u305d\u3057\u3066\u305d\u306e\u795d\u798f\u306b\u306f\u3001\u9577\u5bff\u3068\u795e\u69d8\u306e\u6551\u3044\u3082\u542b\u307e\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
So those of you who are 80 years old and older are truly blessed of the Lord, and we celebrate that blessing with you as a church family.\u3000 \u3067\u3059\u304b\u3089\u3001\uff18\uff10\u6b73\u4ee5\u4e0a\u306e\u65b9\u3005\u306f\u672c\u5f53\u306b\u4e3b\u306e\u795d\u798f\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u6559\u4f1a\u5bb6\u65cf\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u305d\u306e\u795d\u798f\u3092\u7686\u3055\u3093\u3068\u4e00\u7dd2\u306b\u304a\u795d\u3044\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
A couple of Sundays ago, I talked about Abraham.\u3000 \u6570\u65e5\u524d\u306e\u65e5\u66dc\u65e5\u3001\u79c1\u306f\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8a71\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
And as we saw, Abraham\u2019s faith in God continued to grow throughout his lifetime.\u3000\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u898b\u305f\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u795e\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306f\u751f\u6daf\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u6210\u9577\u3057\u7d9a\u3051\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Well to be specific, Abraham\u2019s faith in God continued to grow in his old age.\u3000 \u5177\u4f53\u7684\u306b\u8a00\u3048\u3070\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306f\u8001\u5e74\u671f\u306b\u3082\u6210\u9577\u3057\u7d9a\u3051\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Remember, he was called by God to leave his own country and family to God\u2019s promised land at the ripe old age of 75.\u3000 \u5f7c\u306f\u795e\u306b\u53ec\u3055\u308c\u3001\uff17\uff15\u6b73\u3068\u3044\u3046\u9ad8\u9f62\u3067\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u56fd\u3068\u5bb6\u65cf\u3092\u6368\u3066\u3066\u795e\u306e\u7d04\u675f\u306e\u5730\u306b\u5411\u304b\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
He then was given the child of promise to him and his wife Sarah, when he was 100 years old.\u3000 \u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\uff11\uff10\uff10\u6b73\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u3068\u304d\u3001\u5f7c\u3068\u305d\u306e\u59bb\u30b5\u30e9\u306b\u7d04\u675f\u306e\u5b50\u304c\u4e0e\u3048\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
And many years later, Abraham was told by God to offer Isaac as a burnt offering.\u3000 \u3000\u3000\u305d\u3057\u3066\u4f55\u5e74\u3082\u5f8c\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u30a4\u30b5\u30af\u3092\u71d4\u796d\u3068\u3057\u3066\u6367\u3052\u308b\u3088\u3046\u795e\u69d8\u304b\u3089\u544a\u3052\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Each step of the way, Abraham\u2019s faith in God grew, and His ability to humbly obey God grew as well.\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306f\u4e00\u6b69\u4e00\u6b69\u6210\u9577\u3057\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306b\u8b19\u865a\u306b\u5f93\u3046\u529b\u3082\u6210\u9577\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Thus, all of us here this morning, whether we are 11 years old or 80 plus years old, or however old we may be, \u3067\u3059\u304b\u3089\u3001\u4eca\u671d\u3053\u3053\u306b\u3044\u308b\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u7686\u3001\uff11\uff11\u6b73\u3067\u3042\u308d\u3046\u3068\uff18\uff10\u6b73\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3067\u3042\u308d\u3046\u3068\u3001\u3042\u308b\u3044\u306f\u4f55\u6b73\u3067\u3042\u308d\u3046\u3068\u3001<\/p>\n
can learn from Abraham\u2019s example of faith in God and growing in that life of faith.\u3000\u795e\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3068\u305d\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u751f\u6d3b\u306e\u6210\u9577\u3068\u3044\u3046\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u6a21\u7bc4\u304b\u3089\u5b66\u3076\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Although we recognize Abraham as the Father of Faith, there was a time when Abraham didn\u2019t live boldly or courageously as a person who fully trusted in God.\u3000 \u79c1\u9054\u306f\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u3092\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306e\u7236\u3068\u3057\u3066\u8a8d\u8b58\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306b\u306f\u3001\u795e\u306b\u5168\u9762\u7684\u306b\u4fe1\u983c\u3059\u308b\u8005\u3068\u3057\u3066\u5927\u80c6\u306b\u3001\u52c7\u6c17\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u751f\u304d\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306e\u306a\u3044\u6642\u671f\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Soon after Abraham went to Canaan, we are told in Genesis 12:10 that he went down to Egypt because there was a severe famine in the land.\u3000\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\u30ab\u30ca\u30f3\u306b\u884c\u3063\u3066\u9593\u3082\u306a\u304f\u3001\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff12\u7ae0\uff11\uff10\u7bc0\u306b\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5730\u306b\u6df1\u523b\u306a\u98e2\u9949\u304c\u3042\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u30a8\u30b8\u30d7\u30c8\u306b\u4e0b\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u8a18\u9332\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
However, as he came near to Egypt, we see how Abraham acted out of fear for his life.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u30a8\u30b8\u30d7\u30c8\u306b\u8fd1\u3065\u304f\u306b\u3064\u308c\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u547d\u3092\u6050\u308c\u3066\u884c\u52d5\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u5206\u304b\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Genesis 12:11-13\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff12\u7ae0\uff11\uff11\u7bc0\uff0d\uff11\uff13\u7bc0\uff09<\/p>\n
11\u00a0<\/sup>It came about when he\u00a0came near to Egypt, that he said to Sarai his wife, \u201cSee now, I know that you are a\u00a0beautiful woman;\u00a012\u00a0<\/sup>and when the Egyptians see you, they will say, \u2018This is his wife\u2019; and they will kill me, but they will let you live.\u00a013\u00a0<\/sup>Please say that you are\u00a0my sister so that it may go well with me because of you, and that\u00a0I may live on account of you.\u201d 11<\/sup>\u30a8\u30b8\u30d7\u30c8\u306b\u306f\u3044\u308d\u3046\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u305d\u3053\u306b\u8fd1\u3065\u3044\u305f\u3068\u304d\u3001\u5f7c\u306f\u59bb\u30b5\u30e9\u30a4\u306b\u8a00\u3063\u305f\u3001\u300c\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306f\u3042\u306a\u305f\u304c\u7f8e\u3057\u3044\u5973\u3067\u3042\u308b\u306e\u3092\u77e5\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u300212<\/sup>\u305d\u308c\u3067\u30a8\u30b8\u30d7\u30c8\u3073\u3068\u304c\u3042\u306a\u305f\u3092\u898b\u308b\u6642\u3001\u3053\u308c\u306f\u5f7c\u306e\u59bb\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u8a00\u3063\u3066\u308f\u305f\u3057\u3092\u6bba\u3057\u3001\u3042\u306a\u305f\u3092\u751f\u304b\u3057\u3066\u304a\u304f\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u300213<\/sup>\u3069\u3046\u304b\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306f\u3001\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306e\u59b9\u3060\u3068\u8a00\u3063\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\u3002\u305d\u3046\u3059\u308c\u3070\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306f\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e\u304a\u304b\u3052\u3067\u7121\u4e8b\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306e\u547d\u306f\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u52a9\u304b\u308b\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u300d\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\nJust as Abraham feared, when the Egyptians saw that Sarai (Sarah) was very beautiful, she was taken into Pharaoh\u2019s house (Genesis 12:14-15).\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\u6050\u308c\u3066\u3044\u305f\u901a\u308a\u3001\u30a8\u30b8\u30d7\u30c8\u4eba\u306f\u30b5\u30e9\u30a4\uff08\u30b5\u30e9\uff09\u304c\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u7f8e\u3057\u3044\u306e\u3092\u898b\u3066\u3001\u5f7c\u5973\u306f\u30d1\u30ed\u306e\u5bb6\u306b\u9023\u308c\u3066\u884c\u304b\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff12\u7ae0\uff11\uff14\u7bc0\u2212\uff11\uff15\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
And because of Abraham\u2019s relationship as Sarah\u2019s \u201cbrother,\u201d he was treated well, and was given livestock and servants (Genesis 12:16).\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u30b5\u30e9\u306e\u300c\u5144\u5f1f\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u95a2\u4fc2\u304b\u3089\u3001\u826f\u3044\u6271\u3044\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u3001\u5bb6\u755c\u3084\u53ec\u4f7f\u3044\u3092\u4e0e\u3048\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff12\u7ae0\uff11\uff16\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
However, these things did not please God, so God struck Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarah (Genesis 12:17).\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u3053\u3068\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u3092\u559c\u3070\u305b\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u30b5\u30e9\u306e\u3086\u3048\u306b\u30d1\u30ed\u3068\u305d\u306e\u5bb6\u3092\u5927\u304d\u306a\u707d\u3044\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u6253\u3061\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff12\u7ae0\uff11\uff17\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
Pharaoh calls Abraham out for lying about his wife Sarah, and tells him to take her and go (Genesis 12:18-20).\u3000\u30d1\u30ed\u306f\u59bb\u30b5\u30e9\u306e\u3053\u3068\u3067\u5618\u3092\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3044\u305f\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u3092\u547c\u3073\u51fa\u3057\u3001\u30b5\u30e9\u3092\u9023\u308c\u3066\u51fa\u3066\u884c\u304f\u3088\u3046\u306b\u8a00\u3044\u307e\u3059\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff12\u7ae0\uff11\uff18\u7bc0\u2212\uff12\uff10\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
As we can see from this glimpse of Abraham\u2019s life, he was a flawed human being just like us.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u751f\u6daf\u3092\u57a3\u9593\u898b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u5206\u304b\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u5f7c\u306f\u79c1\u9054\u3068\u540c\u3058\u3088\u3046\u306b\u6b20\u70b9\u306e\u3042\u308b\u4eba\u9593\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Yet, what we also see in Abraham\u2019s life is how he continued to grow in his walk of faith in God.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u751f\u6daf\u306b\u898b\u3089\u308c\u308b\u306e\u306f\u3001\u5f7c\u304c\u795e\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306e\u6b69\u307f\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u6210\u9577\u3057\u7d9a\u3051\u305f\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
We saw this last Sunday, as Abraham humbly gave his nephew Lot the first choice in where to settle when it was determined that they needed to part ways (Genesis 13).\u3000 \u5148\u9031\u306e\u65e5\u66dc\u65e5\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\u7525\u306e\u30ed\u30c8\u3068\u5225\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u6642\u3001\u3069\u3053\u306b\u4f4f\u3080\u304b\u3001\u305d\u306e\u6700\u521d\u306e\u9078\u629e\u80a2\u3092\u8b19\u865a\u306b\u30ed\u30c8\u4e0e\u3048\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u898b\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff13\u7ae0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
Lot chose where he would live based on what seemed good to his eyes, that is by mere appearances.\u3000 \u30ed\u30c8\u306f\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u76ee\u306b\u3088\u304f\u898b\u3048\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3001\u3064\u307e\u308a\u5358\u306a\u308b\u898b\u304b\u3051\u3060\u3051\u3067\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u304c\u4f4f\u3080\u5834\u6240\u3092\u9078\u3073\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Abraham trusted in God\u2019s choice for him, which was ultimately the promised land of Canaan.\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u3001\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u306b\u7d04\u675f\u306e\u5730\u30ab\u30ca\u30f3\u3067\u3042\u308b\u795e\u306e\u9078\u629e\u3092\u4fe1\u983c\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
As Pastor Okura challenged us to do, Abraham learned to live by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). \u5927\u5009\u7267\u5e2b\u304c\u79c1\u9054\u306b\u30c1\u30e3\u30ec\u30f3\u30b8\u3057\u305f\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u898b\u3048\u308b\u3082\u306e\u306b\u3088\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3067\u3001\u4fe1\u4ef0\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u6b69\u3080\u3053\u3068\u3092\u5b66\u3073\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u30b3\u30ea\u30f3\u30c8\u7b2c\u4e8c\u306e\u624b\u7d19\uff15\u7ae0\uff17\u7bc0\uff09<\/p>\n
As Abraham\u2019s faith in God grew, he also learned to live courageously as well.\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u304c\u6df1\u307e\u308b\u306b\u3064\u308c\u3066\u3001\u5f7c\u306f\u52c7\u6c17\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u751f\u304d\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3082\u5b66\u3073\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
We see such courage displayed in what is recorded in Genesis 14.\u3000\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff14\u7ae0\u306b\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3001\u305d\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u52c7\u6c17\u3092\u898b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
In Genesis 14:1-2, we are told of four kings in the eastern part of Mesopotamia who sought to dominate the land of Canaan by subjugating five kings who lived there.\u3000 \u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff14\u7ae0\uff11\u7bc0\u2212\uff11\uff12\u7bc0\u306b\u306f\u3001\u30e1\u30bd\u30dd\u30bf\u30df\u30a2\u6771\u90e8\u306b\u4f4f\u3080\uff14\u4eba\u306e\u738b\u304c\u3001\u305d\u3053\u306b\u4f4f\u3080\uff15\u4eba\u306e\u738b\u3092\u670d\u5f93\u3055\u305b\u3066\u30ab\u30ca\u30f3\u306e\u5730\u3092\u652f\u914d\u3057\u3088\u3046\u3068\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
The battle of these nine kings takes place in the Valley of Siddim (Genesis 14:3, 8).\u3000 \u3053\u306e\uff19\u4eba\u306e\u738b\u305f\u3061\u306e\u6226\u3044\u306f\u3001\u30b7\u30c7\u30e0\u306e\u8c37\u3067\u8d77\u3053\u308a\u307e\u3059\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff14\u7ae0\uff13\u7bc0\u3001\uff18\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
In the process of this battle, Abraham\u2019s nephew Lot was taken captive along with all those who lived in Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 14:11-12).\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u6226\u3044\u306e\u904e\u7a0b\u3067\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u7525\u30ed\u30c8\u306f\u3001\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u3068\u30b4\u30e2\u30e9\u306b\u4f4f\u3093\u3067\u3044\u305f\u5168\u3066\u306e\u4eba\u3005\u3068\u5171\u306b\u6355\u3089\u3048\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff14\u7ae0\uff11\uff11\u7bc0\u2212\uff11\uff12\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
Having been told of Lot\u2019s captivity (Genesis 14:13), Abraham responded swiftly.\u3000 \u30ed\u30c8\u304c\u6355\u3089\u3048\u3089\u308c\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u77e5\u3089\u3055\u308c\u305f\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff14\u7ae0\uff11\uff13\u7bc0\uff09\u3001\u8fc5\u901f\u306b\u5bfe\u5fdc\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

Abraham risked his life by getting involved in a war with the Mesopotamian kings.\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u30e1\u30bd\u30dd\u30bf\u30df\u30a2\u306e\u738b\u305f\u3061\u3068\u306e\u6226\u4e89\u306b\u5dfb\u304d\u8fbc\u307e\u308c\u3001\u547d\u3092\u5371\u967a\u306b\u3055\u3089\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Also, given the Near East practices of the time, he risked becoming a target for retaliation.\u3000 \u307e\u305f\u3001\u5f53\u6642\u306e\u4e2d\u6771\u306e\u6163\u7fd2\u3092\u8003\u3048\u308b\u3068\u3001\u5831\u5fa9\u306e\u6a19\u7684\u306b\u306a\u308b\u5371\u967a\u3082\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

God gave Abraham the victory and he was able to recover Lot and the possessions the enemy kings had taken.\u3000 \u795e\u69d8\u306f\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306b\u52dd\u5229\u3092\u4e0e\u3048\u3001\u5f7c\u306f\u30ed\u30c8\u3068\u6575\u306e\u738b\u9054\u304c\u596a\u3063\u305f\u8ca1\u7523\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u623b\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
If Abraham had acted based on what he saw with his eyes, he probably would not have gone into battle.\u3000 \u3082\u3057\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u76ee\u3067\u898b\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u3044\u3066\u884c\u52d5\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3089\u3001\u304a\u305d\u3089\u304f\u6226\u3044\u306b\u884c\u304f\u3053\u3068\u306f\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n
However, out of his love for his nephew Lot and his faith in God, Abraham went into battle.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u7525\u306e\u30ed\u30c8\u3078\u306e\u611b\u3068\u795e\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u304b\u3089\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u6226\u3044\u306b\u8d74\u3044\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

In Psalm 76:2, Jerusalem is referred as \u201cSalem\u201d as in this passage of Scripture.\u3000 \u8a69\u7bc7\uff17\uff16\u7bc7\uff12\u7bc0\u3067\u306f\u3001\u30a8\u30eb\u30b5\u30ec\u30e0\u306f\u3053\u306e\u8056\u53e5\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u300c\u30b5\u30ec\u30e0\u300d\u3068\u547c\u3070\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
We are told that the king of Sodom went out to meet Abraham at the King\u2019s Valley near Jerusalem.\u3000 \u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306e\u738b\u306f\u3001\u30a8\u30eb\u30b5\u30ec\u30e0\u8fd1\u304f\u306e\u738b\u306e\u8c37\u3067\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306b\u4f1a\u3046\u305f\u3081\u306b\u51fa\u304b\u3051\u305f\u3068\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
However, another king suddenly shows up before Abraham. \u3000 \u3068\u3053\u308d\u304c\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u524d\u306b\u5225\u306e\u738b\u304c\u7a81\u7136\u73fe\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
It is Melchizedek, who was the king of ancient Jerusalem, and who was also a priest of God Most High.\u3000 \u53e4\u4ee3\u30a8\u30eb\u30b5\u30ec\u30e0\u306e\u738b\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u3044\u3068\u9ad8\u304d\u795e\u306e\u796d\u53f8\u3067\u3082\u3042\u3063\u305f\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Melchizedek in Hebrew means \u201cking of righteousness\u201d.\u3000 \u30d8\u30d6\u30e9\u30a4\u8a9e\u3067\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306f\u300c\u7fa9\u306e\u738b\u300d\u3092\u610f\u5473\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
One thing very unique about Melchizedek was that he was both a king and a priest.\u3000 \u3000\u3000\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u30e6\u30cb\u30fc\u30af\u306a\u70b9\u306f\u3001\u5f7c\u304c\u738b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u540c\u6642\u306b\u796d\u53f8\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
And in that land of Canaan, it was even more unique to have a worshipper and priest of the one and only true God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth.\u3000 \u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u3042\u306e\u30ab\u30ca\u30f3\u306e\u5730\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u5929\u5730\u306e\u6240\u6709\u8005\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u552f\u4e00\u306b\u3057\u3066\u771f\u306e\u81f3\u9ad8\u306e\u795e\u3092\u793c\u62dd\u8005\u3001\u305d\u3057\u3066\u796d\u53f8\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3001\u3068\u3066\u3082\u30e6\u30cb\u30fc\u30af\u306a\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
In other words, Melchizedek and Abraham worshiped the same God.\u3000 \u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u3068\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u540c\u3058\u795e\u3092\u5d07\u62dd\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
They both also acknowledged Abraham\u2019s victory in battle as due to the blessing of God.\u3000 \u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u307e\u305f\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u6226\u3044\u306e\u52dd\u5229\u3092\u795e\u306e\u795d\u798f\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3068\u8a8d\u3081\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Thus, Melchizedek brought out bread and wine to Abraham.\u3000 \u3053\u3046\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306f\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306b\u30d1\u30f3\u3068\u3076\u3069\u3046\u9152\u3092\u5dee\u3057\u51fa\u3057\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Melchizedek gave a royal banquet in Abraham\u2019s honor.\u3000 \u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306f\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u540d\u8a89\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u738b\u5ba4\u306e\u5bb4\u4f1a\u3092\u50ac\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
He then blessed Abraham by stating how God had indeed blessed Abraham by delivering him from the hand of his enemies.\u3000 \u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u3092\u6575\u306e\u624b\u304b\u3089\u6551\u3044\u51fa\u3059\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u304c\u3044\u304b\u306b\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u3092\u795d\u798f\u3055\u308c\u305f\u304b\u3092\u8ff0\u3079\u3066\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u3092\u795d\u798f\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
As a priest, Melchizedek did two things.\u00a0 He not only blessed Abraham but he also blessed God.\u3000 \u796d\u53f8\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306f\u4e8c\u3064\u306e\u3053\u3068\u3092\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u3092\u795d\u798f\u3057\u305f\u3060\u3051\u3067\u306a\u304f\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u3092\u3082\u795d\u798f\u3057\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
It is interesting to note how Abraham responded to God\u2019s blessing given through Melchizedek.\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u4e0e\u3048\u3089\u308c\u305f\u795e\u306e\u795d\u798f\u306b\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u5fdc\u7b54\u3057\u305f\u304b\u3092\u77e5\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u8208\u5473\u6df1\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
It says that: He gave him a tenth of all. \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30e0\u306f\u5f7c\u306b\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u7269\u306e\u5341\u5206\u306e\u4e00\u3092\u8d08\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
In other words, Abraham presented a tenth of all that God had given him to Melchizedek as a way of acknowledging the God \u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u304c\u793c\u62dd\u3057\u3001\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u304c\u796d\u53f8\u3068\u3057\u3066\u4ed5\u3048\u3066\u3044\u308b\u795e\u3092\u8a8d\u3081\u308b\u65b9\u6cd5\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001<\/p>\n
whom he worshipped and whom Melchizedek served as a priest.\u3000\u795e\u69d8\u304b\u3089\u4e0e\u3048\u3089\u308c\u305f\u5168\u3066\u306e\u3082\u306e\u306e\u5185\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5341\u5206\u306e\u4e00\u3092\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306b\u8d08\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Which is a great lesson for us to learn from.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u304c\u5b66\u3076\u3079\u304d\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u3044\u6559\u8a13\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
As we give our tithes and offerings to God, we do so through the church that worships God and where people serve God in offices of ministry.\u3000 \u795e\u69d8\u306b\u5341\u5206\u306e\u4e00\u306e\u732e\u91d1\u3092\u6367\u3052\u308b\u6642\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u3092\u793c\u62dd\u3057\u3001\u4eba\u3005\u304c\u5949\u4ed5\u8077\u3068\u3057\u3066\u795e\u306b\u4ed5\u3048\u308b\u6559\u4f1a\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u6367\u3052\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
When we are blessed by God, we follow up that blessing by returning thanksgiving to God through our tithes and offerings to Him.\u3000 \u795e\u69d8\u304b\u3089\u795d\u798f\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u305f\u3089\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u305d\u306e\u795d\u798f\u306b\u7d9a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u5341\u5206\u306e\u4e00\u306e\u732e\u91d1\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u795e\u306b\u611f\u8b1d\u3092\u6367\u3052\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
After Abraham\u2019s encounter with Melchizedek, the king of Sodom approaches him.\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u304c\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u3068\u51fa\u4f1a\u3063\u305f\u5f8c\u3001\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306e\u738b\u304c\u5f7c\u306b\u8fd1\u3065\u3044\u3066\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

21\u00a0<\/sup>The king of Sodom said to Abram, \u201cGive the\u00a0people to me and take the goods for yourself.\u201d\u00a022\u00a0<\/sup>Abram said to the king of Sodom, \u201cI have\u00a0sworn to the\u00a0Lord\u00a0God Most High,\u00a0possessor of heaven and earth,\u00a023\u00a0<\/sup>that\u00a0I will not take a thread or a sandal thong or anything that is yours, for fear you would say, \u2018I have made Abram rich.\u2019\u00a024\u00a0<\/sup>I will take nothing except what the young men have eaten, and the share of the men who went with me,\u00a0Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre; let them take their share.\u201d 21\u6642\u306b\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306e\u738b\u306f\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30e0\u306b\u8a00\u3063\u305f\u3001\u300c\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306b\u306f\u4eba\u3092\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\u3002\u8ca1\u7523\u306f\u3042\u306a\u305f\u304c\u53d6\u308a\u306a\u3055\u3044\u300d\u300222<\/sup>\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30e0\u306f\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306e\u738b\u306b\u8a00\u3063\u305f\u3001\u300c\u5929\u5730\u306e\u4e3b\u306a\u308b\u3044\u3068\u9ad8\u304d\u795e\u3001\u4e3b\u306b\u624b\u3092\u3042\u3052\u3066\u3001\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306f\u8a93\u3044\u307e\u3059\u300223<\/sup>\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306f\u7cf8\u4e00\u672c\u3067\u3082\u3001\u304f\u3064\u3072\u3082\u4e00\u672c\u3067\u3082\u3001\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e\u3082\u306e\u306f\u4f55\u306b\u3082\u53d7\u3051\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30e0\u3092\u5bcc\u307e\u305b\u305f\u306e\u306f\u308f\u305f\u3057\u3060\u3068\u3001\u3042\u306a\u305f\u304c\u8a00\u308f\u306a\u3044\u3088\u3046\u306b\u300224<\/sup>\u305f\u3060\u3057\u82e5\u8005\u305f\u3061\u304c\u3059\u3067\u306b\u98df\u3079\u305f\u7269\u306f\u5225\u3067\u3059\u3002\u305d\u3057\u3066\u308f\u305f\u3057\u3068\u5171\u306b\u884c\u3063\u305f\u4eba\u3005\u30a2\u30cd\u30eb\u3068\u30a8\u30b7\u30b3\u30eb\u3068\u30de\u30e0\u30ec\u3068\u306b\u306f\u305d\u306e\u5206\u3092\u53d6\u3089\u305b\u306a\u3055\u3044\u300d\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\nThough Abraham freely received God\u2019s blessings, he refused the offer by the king of Sodom.\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u306e\u795d\u798f\u3092\u81ea\u7531\u306b\u53d7\u3051\u307e\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306e\u738b\u306e\u7533\u3057\u51fa\u306f\u65ad\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
As we have read about Sodom in last Sunday\u2019s worship service: \u79c1\u9054\u306f\u5148\u9031\u306e\u65e5\u66dc\u65e5\u306e\u793c\u62dd\u3067\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8aad\u307f\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff1b<\/p>\n
the people of Sodom were wicked and were sinning greatly against the LORD (Genesis 3:13). \u300e\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306e\u4eba\u3005\u306f\u308f\u308b\u304f\u3001\u4e3b\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u3001\u306f\u306a\u306f\u3060\u3057\u3044\u7f6a\u3073\u3068\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u300f \uff08\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff13\u7ae0\uff11\uff13\u7bc0\uff09<\/p>\n
Abraham probably wanted nothing to do with a king of such a wicked and sinful city. \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u304a\u305d\u3089\u304f\u3001\u305d\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u90aa\u60aa\u3067\u7f6a\u6df1\u3044\u753a\u306e\u738b\u3068\u95a2\u308f\u308a\u3092\u6301\u3061\u305f\u304f\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n
Abraham explained clearly to the king of Sodom his reasoning for not receiving anything from the king.\u3000 \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306e\u738b\u306b\u3001\u738b\u304b\u3089\u4f55\u3082\u53d7\u3051\u53d6\u3089\u306a\u3044\u7406\u7531\u3092\u660e\u78ba\u306b\u8aac\u660e\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
He did not want to be indebted to any human being, \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u3001\u3069\u3093\u306a\u4eba\u9593\u306b\u3082\u6069\u7fa9\u3092\u611f\u3058\u305f\u304f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
because he wanted the Lord God Most High to be the only One to be credited as providing for his every need and blessings.\u3000\u306a\u305c\u306a\u3089\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u3042\u3089\u3086\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u3084\u795d\u798f\u3092\u4e0e\u3048\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u308b\u3001\u3044\u3068\u9ad8\u304d\u4e3b\u306a\u308b\u795e\u3060\u3051\u304c\u4fe1\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u5b58\u5728\u3067\u3042\u3063\u3066\u307b\u3057\u304b\u3063\u305f\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Although Abraham would not take any of the spoil from Sodom and Gomorrah that was recovered, \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u3068\u30b4\u30e2\u30e9\u304b\u3089\u56de\u53ce\u3057\u305f\u6226\u5229\u54c1\u3092\u4e00\u5207\u3001\u53d7\u3051\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3067\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001<\/p>\n
he did not impose his principles on his Amorite allies.\u3000\u30a2\u30e2\u30ea\u4eba\u306e\u76df\u53cb\u306b\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u539f\u5247\u3092\u62bc\u3057\u3064\u3051\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3057\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
So, in this passage of Scripture, we see Abraham\u2019s faith in God exercised in his going to battle in order to deliver his nephew Lot from captivity.\u3000 \u3064\u307e\u308a\u3001\u3053\u306e\u8056\u53e5\u3067\u306f\u3001\u7525\u306e\u30ed\u30c8\u3092\u6355\u56da\u304b\u3089\u6551\u3044\u51fa\u3059\u305f\u3081\u306b\u6226\u3044\u306b\u8d74\u3044\u305f\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u304c\u767a\u63ee\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
We also see Abraham\u2019s faith in God through his affiliation with and acceptance of Melchizedek as a royal priest who served the same God that he did.\u3000 \u307e\u305f\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u3068\u540c\u3058\u795e\u306b\u4ed5\u3048\u308b\u738b\u5bb6\u306e\u796d\u53f8\u3068\u3057\u3066\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u3068\u7d50\u3070\u308c\u3001\u305d\u308c\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u5165\u308c\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3082\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u304c\u8868\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
And we also see Abraham\u2019s faith in God through his dealings with the wicked king of Sodom.\u3000 \u307e\u305f\u30bd\u30c9\u30e0\u306e\u90aa\u60aa\u306a\u738b\u3078\u306e\u5bfe\u5fdc\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306e\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3092\u898b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Abraham acted courageously in going into battle and he was also courageous in saying no to non-God ordained blessings. \u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u52c7\u6c17\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u6226\u3044\u306b\u8d74\u304d\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306e\u5b9a\u3081\u4ee5\u5916\u306e\u795d\u798f\u306b\u30ce\u30fc\u3068\u8a00\u3063\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
In all of these things, Abraham expressed his faith in God, and God blessed him with His presence, protection, and provision.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u3089\u5168\u3066\u306e\u3053\u3068\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u3078\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3092\u8868\u660e\u3057\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u306f\u305d\u306e\u81e8\u5728\u3001\u4fdd\u8b77\u3001\u7ce7\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u5f7c\u3092\u795d\u798f\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Let me take the time to talk a little more about Melchizedek.\u3000 \u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3082\u3046\u5c11\u3057\u304a\u8a71\u3057\u3057\u307e\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n
As a historical figure, we only see Melchizedek appear in the three verses that we read in Genesis 14:18-20.\u3000 \u6b74\u53f2\u4e0a\u306e\u4eba\u7269\u3068\u3057\u3066\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u304c\u767b\u5834\u3059\u308b\u306e\u306f\u3001\u5275\u4e16\u8a18\uff11\uff14\u7ae0\uff11\uff18\u7bc0\u2212\uff12\uff10\u7bc0\u306e\uff13\u7bc0\u3060\u3051\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
However, Melchizedek is mentioned also in Psalm 110:4 and in the New Testament in the Book of Hebrews.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306f\u8a69\u7bc7\uff11\uff11\uff10\u7bc7\uff14\u7bc0\u3084\u65b0\u7d04\u8056\u66f8\u306e\u30d8\u30d6\u30eb\u66f8\u306b\u3082\u767b\u5834\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Psalm 110 is a psalm of David, and it is understood to be a messianic psalm.\u3000 \u8a69\u7bc7\uff11\uff11\uff10\u7bc7\u306f\u30c0\u30d3\u30c7\u306e\u8a69\u7bc7\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u8a69\u7bc7\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u7406\u89e3\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
In fact, the first verse of the psalm is an oft quoted verse in reference to Jesus as the Messiah in the New Testament.\u3000 \u5b9f\u969b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u8a69\u7bc7\u306e\u6700\u521d\u306e\u7bc0\u306f\u3001\u65b0\u7d04\u8056\u66f8\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u3068\u3057\u3066\u306e\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306b\u8a00\u53ca\u3059\u308b\u969b\u306b\u3088\u304f\u5f15\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u7bc0\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Lord\u00a0says to my Lord: \u201cSit at My right hand until I make\u00a0Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.\u201d \u4e3b\u306f\u308f\u304c\u4e3b\u306b\u8a00\u308f\u308c\u308b\u3001\u300c\u308f\u305f\u3057\u304c\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e\u3082\u308d\u3082\u308d\u306e\u6575\u3092\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306e\u8db3\u53f0\u3068\u3059\u308b\u307e\u3067\u3001\u308f\u305f\u3057\u306e\u53f3\u306b\u5ea7\u305b\u3088\u300d\u3068\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\nMany of you are probably familiar with this verse.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u8a69\u3092\u3054\u5b58\u77e5\u306e\u65b9\u306f\u591a\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n
In that same psalm is the following:\u3000\u540c\u3058\u8a69\u7bc7\u306b\u6b21\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u3082\u306e\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\uff1a<\/p>\n
Psalm 110:4\uff08\u8a69\u7bc7\uff11\uff11\uff10\u7bc7\uff14\u7bc0\uff09<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Lord\u00a0has sworn and will\u00a0not\u00a0change His mind, \u201cYou are a\u00a0priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.\u201d \u4e3b\u306f\u8a93\u3044\u3092\u7acb\u3066\u3066\u3001\u307f\u5fc3\u3092\u5909\u3048\u3089\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3001\u300c\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306f\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306e\u4f4d\u306b\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3063\u3066\u3068\u3053\u3057\u3048\u306b\u796d\u53f8\u3067\u3042\u308b\u300d\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\nThis being obviously a Messianic prophecy, it is pointing to the fact that the Messiah is a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek, as opposed to being of the order of Aaron.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u306f\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u9810\u8a00\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u304c\u30a2\u30ed\u30f3\u306e\u4f4d\u968e\u3068\u306f\u5bfe\u7167\u7684\u306b\u3001\u30e1\u30eb\u30ad\u30bc\u30c7\u30af\u306e\u4f4d\u968e\u306b\u5f93\u3063\u3066\u6c38\u9060\u306b\u796d\u53f8\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u4e8b\u5b9f\u3092\u6307\u3057\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
This idea is expounded upon further by the author of the Book of Hebrews.\u3000\u3053\u306e\u8003\u3048\u65b9\u306f\u3001\u30d8\u30d6\u30eb\u4eba\u3078\u306e\u624b\u7d19\u306e\u8457\u8005\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u3055\u3089\u306b\u8a73\u3057\u304f\u8aac\u660e\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

At the same time, we see in Jesus, His obedience to God and His suffering.\u3000 \u540c\u6642\u306b\u3001\u79c1\u9054\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u4e2d\u306b\u3001\u795e\u3078\u306e\u5f93\u9806\u3068\u305d\u306e\u82e6\u3057\u307f\u3092\u898b\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
And how He became to all those who obey Him the source of eternal salvation.\u3000 \u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306b\u5f93\u3046\u5168\u3066\u306e\u4eba\u3005\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u3001\u6c38\u9060\u306e\u6551\u3044\u306e\u6e90\u3068\u306a\u3089\u308c\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u898b\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
