Happy Second Advent Sunday!\u3000 \u7b2c\u4e8c\u30a2\u30c9\u30d9\u30f3\u30c8\u306e\u65e5\u66dc\u65e5\u3001\u304a\u3081\u3067\u3068\u3046\u3054\u3056\u3044\u307e\u3059\uff01<\/p>\n
Every Sunday is a day for us to corporately worship God, and is therefore special.\u3000 \u6bce\u9031\u65e5\u66dc\u65e5\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u3092\u793c\u62dd\u3059\u308b\u65e5\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u7279\u5225\u306a\u65e5\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
However, today, we also have the blessing of enjoying a wonderful Christmas luncheon together.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u4eca\u65e5\u306f\u3001\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u3044\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u30fb\u30e9\u30f3\u30c1\u3092\u5171\u306b\u697d\u3057\u3080\u795d\u798f\u3082\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
And right after the luncheon, we will enjoy a wonderful Christmas Program together.\u3000 \u305d\u3057\u3066\u30e9\u30f3\u30c1\u306e\u5f8c\u306b\u306f\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u3044\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u30fb\u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u3092\u5171\u306b\u697d\u3057\u307f\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s title of the Christmas Program is \u201cChristmas Wonder, Christmas DeLight\u201d.\u3000 \u4eca\u5e74\u306e\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u30fb\u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u306e\u30bf\u30a4\u30c8\u30eb\u306f\u300c\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u306e\u4e0d\u601d\u8b70\u3001\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u306e\u559c\u3073\u300d\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
So, this morning, I would like to talk about three wonderful DeLIGHTS that surround the Christmas narrative.\u3000 \u305d\u3053\u3067\u4eca\u671d\u306f\u3001\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u306e\u7269\u8a9e\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u5dfb\u304f\uff13\u3064\u306e\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u3044\u559c\u3073\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u304a\u8a71\u3057\u305f\u3044\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
In doing so, first of all, I would like to give credit where credit is due.\u3000\u305d\u306e\u969b\u3001\u307e\u305a\u6700\u521d\u306b\u8b1d\u8f9e\u3092\u8ff0\u3079\u305f\u3044\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Although I will not use AI to help me write a sermon, I do refer to various Bible commentaries and extrabiblical resources in preparing the messages I give in the worship service.\u3000 \u79c1\u306fAI\u3092\u4f7f\u3063\u3066\u8aac\u6559\u3092\u66f8\u304f\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3057\u307e\u305b\u3093\u304c\u3001\u79c1\u306f\u793c\u62dd\u3067\u8a9e\u308b\u30e1\u30c3\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8\u3092\u6e96\u5099\u3059\u308b\u969b\u306b\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u8056\u66f8\u6ce8\u89e3\u66f8\u3084\u8056\u66f8\u4ee5\u5916\u306e\u8cc7\u6599\u3092\u53c2\u8003\u306b\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
For this particular message, I have consulted and am incorporating many things from the Messianic Bible Studies that have been written by Dr. Arnold G. Fruchtenbaum.\u3053\u306e\u7279\u5225\u306a\u30e1\u30c3\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3001\u79c1\u306f\u30a2\u30fc\u30ce\u30eb\u30c9\u30fbG\u30fb\u30d5\u30eb\u30d2\u30c6\u30f3\u30d0\u30a6\u30e0\u535a\u58eb\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u305f\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u30cb\u30c3\u30af\u8056\u66f8\u7814\u7a76\u3092\u53c2\u8003\u306b\u3057\u3001\u591a\u304f\u306e\u3053\u3068\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u5165\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Although the outline of today\u2019s message was in place before I consulted with Dr. Fruchtenbaum\u2019s studies,\u3000 \u4eca\u65e5\u306e\u30e1\u30c3\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8\u306e\u30a2\u30a6\u30c8\u30e9\u30a4\u30f3\u306f\u3001\u30d5\u30eb\u30d2\u30c6\u30f3\u30d0\u30a6\u30e0\u535a\u58eb\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u304b\u3089\u53c2\u8003\u3092\u5f97\u308b\u524d\u306b\u3067\u304d\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001<\/p>\n
it is interesting that what he wrote matched perfectly with the message outline I had prepared.\u3000 \u8208\u5473\u6df1\u3044\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3001\u535a\u58eb\u306e\u66f8\u3044\u305f\u5185\u5bb9\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u304c\u6e96\u5099\u3057\u305f\u30e1\u30c3\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8\u306e\u30a2\u30a6\u30c8\u30e9\u30a4\u30f3\u3068\u5b8c\u5168\u306b\u4e00\u81f4\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Anyway, I say this to you upfront, so that you do not think that I am as smart as I may sound.\u3000 \u3044\u305a\u308c\u306b\u305b\u3088\u3001\u524d\u3082\u3063\u3066\u8a00\u3063\u3066\u304a\u304d\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u79c1\u304c\u53e3\u3067\u8a00\u3046\u307b\u3069\u8ce2\u3044\u4eba\u9593\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u306f\u601d\u308f\u306a\u3044\u3067\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\u3002<\/p>\n
As I mentioned already, I would like to talk about three wonderful DeLIGHTS that surround the Christmas narrative. \u65e2\u306b\u8ff0\u3079\u305f\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u79c1\u306f\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u306e\u7269\u8a9e\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u5dfb\u304f\u4e09\u3064\u306e\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u3044\u559c\u3073\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u304a\u8a71\u3057\u305f\u3044\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
All three of these delights, or more specifically lights, have to do with what is known as the Shechinah Glory of God.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u3089\u4e09\u3064\u306e\u559c\u3073\u3001\u3088\u308a\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u306b\u306f\u5149\u306f\u3059\u3079\u3066\u3001\u795e\u306e\u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u6804\u5149\u3068\u3057\u3066\u77e5\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3068\u95a2\u4fc2\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
What is the Shechinah Glory of God?\u3000 \u795e\u306e\u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u6804\u5149\u3068\u306f\u4f55\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n
The Shechinah Glory is the visible manifestation of the presence of God.\u3000 \u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u6804\u5149\u3068\u306f\u795e\u69d8\u306e\u81e8\u5728\u304c\u76ee\u306b\u898b\u3048\u308b\u5f62\u3067\u73fe\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Although God is invisible to us, whenever He makes His presence visible to us, this is the Shechinah Glory.\u3000 \u795e\u69d8\u306f\u79c1\u9054\u306b\u306f\u898b\u3048\u307e\u305b\u3093\u304c\u3001\u795e\u69d8\u304c\u305d\u306e\u5b58\u5728\u3092\u79c1\u9054\u306b\u898b\u3048\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3057\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u308b\u6642\u306f\u3044\u3064\u3067\u3082\u3001\u3053\u308c\u304c\u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u6804\u5149\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
The usual title found in the Scriptures for the Shechinah Glory is \u201cthe glory of the Lord.\u201d\u3000 \u8056\u66f8\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u6804\u5149\u3092\u8868\u3059\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u306a\u547c\u79f0\u306f \u300c\u4e3b\u306e\u6804\u5149 \u300d\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
It can also be described as \u201cbrightness,\u201d \u201cbrilliance,\u201d or \u201csplendor.\u201d\u3000 \u307e\u305f\u300c\u8f1d\u304d\u300d\u300c\u5149\u8f1d\u300d\u300c\u5149\u5f69 \u300d\u3068\u3082\u8868\u73fe\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
In the Old Testament, most of these visible manifestations took the form of light, fire, cloud, or a combination of these.\u3000 \u65e7\u7d04\u8056\u66f8\u3067\u306f\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u76ee\u306b\u898b\u3048\u308b\u9855\u73fe\u306e\u307b\u3068\u3093\u3069\u306f\u5149\u3001\u706b\u3001\u96f2\u3001\u307e\u305f\u306f\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u7d44\u307f\u5408\u308f\u305b\u306e\u5f62\u3092\u3068\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
And for the Israelites, God\u2019s glorious presence with them visibly manifested through these things \u305d\u3057\u3066\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u6c11\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u76ee\u306b\u898b\u3048\u308b\u5f62\u3067\u793a\u3055\u308c\u308b\u795e\u69d8\u306e\u6804\u5149\u306e\u81e8\u5728\u306f\u3001<\/p>\n
gave them hope, joy, peace, and strength, as God\u2019s chosen people. \u3000\u795e\u69d8\u306b\u9078\u3070\u308c\u305f\u6c11\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306b\u5e0c\u671b\u3001\u559c\u3073\u3001\u5e73\u5b89\u3001\u529b\u3092\u4e0e\u3048\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
In the New Testament, we see the Shechinah Glory shown clearly at the time of Christ Jesus\u2019 birth.\u3000 \u65b0\u7d04\u8056\u66f8\u3067\u306f\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u30fb\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306e\u8a95\u751f\u306e\u6642\u306b\u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u6804\u5149\u304c\u306f\u3063\u304d\u308a\u3068\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
We see this first of all when the angel of the Lord appeared to the shepherds.\u3000 \u307e\u305a\u3001\u4e3b\u306e\u4f7f\u3044\u304c\u7f8a\u98fc\u3044\u305f\u3061\u306b\u73fe\u308c\u305f\u6642\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Luke 2:8-9\uff08\u30eb\u30ab\u306e\u798f\u97f3\u66f8\uff12\u7ae0\uff18\u7bc0\u2014\uff19\u7bc0\uff09<\/p>\n
8\u00a0<\/sup>In the same region there were\u00a0some<\/em>\u00a0shepherds staying out in the fields and keeping watch over their flock by night.\u00a09\u00a0<\/sup>And\u00a0an angel of the Lord suddenly\u00a0stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them; and they were terribly frightened.\u00a08<\/sup>\u3055\u3066\u3001\u3053\u306e\u5730\u65b9\u3067\u7f8a\u98fc\u305f\u3061\u304c\u591c\u3001\u91ce\u5bbf\u3057\u306a\u304c\u3089\u7f8a\u306e\u7fa4\u308c\u306e\u756a\u3092\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u30029<\/sup>\u3059\u308b\u3068\u4e3b\u306e\u5fa1\u4f7f\u304c\u73fe\u308c\u3001\u4e3b\u306e\u6804\u5149\u304c\u5f7c\u3089\u3092\u3081\u3050\u308a\u7167\u3057\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u6050\u308c\u305f\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\nIt was the glory of the Lord<\/em> that appeared and it shone around them<\/em>.\u3000\u305d\u308c\u306f\u4e3b\u306e\u6804\u5149\u306e\u73fe\u308f\u308c\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306f\u5f7c\u3089\u306e\u5468\u308a\u3092\u7167\u3089\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\nThis is clearly the appearance of the Shechinah Glory, and with it, the angel of the Lord stood before the shepherds.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u306f\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u6804\u5149\u306e\u51fa\u73fe\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u305d\u308c\u3068\u5171\u306b\u4e3b\u306e\u307f\u4f7f\u3044\u304c\u7f8a\u98fc\u3044\u305f\u3061\u306e\u524d\u306b\u7acb\u3061\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
What a sight that must have been!\u3000 \u305d\u306e\u5149\u666f\u306f\u3055\u305e\u304b\u3057\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\uff01<\/p>\n
The night sky around the fields outside of Bethlehem were filled with the brightness of God\u2019s glory!\u3000 \u30d9\u30c4\u30ec\u30d8\u30e0\u90ca\u5916\u306e\u91ce\u539f\u3092\u56f2\u3080\u591c\u7a7a\u306f\u3001\u795e\u306e\u6804\u5149\u306e\u8f1d\u304d\u3067\u6e80\u305f\u3055\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\uff01<\/p>\n
For the first time, since the glory of the Lord departed from Israel in the days of Ezekiel, in more than five centuries, the glory of the Lord reappeared.\u3000 \u30a8\u30bc\u30ad\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u6642\u4ee3\u306b\u4e3b\u306e\u6804\u5149\u304c\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u304b\u3089\u53bb\u3063\u3066\u4ee5\u6765\u3001\uff15\u4e16\u7d00\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3076\u308a\u306b\u4e3b\u306e\u6804\u5149\u304c\u518d\u3073\u73fe\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
How awesome and terrifying that must have been for the shepherds keeping watch over their flock!\u3000 \u7f8a\u306e\u7fa4\u308c\u3092\u898b\u5f35\u3063\u3066\u3044\u305f\u7f8a\u98fc\u3044\u305f\u3061\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306f\u3069\u308c\u307b\u3069\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u304f\u3001\u6050\u308d\u3057\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u306b\u9055\u3044\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\uff01<\/p>\n

I pray that our Christmas Program this afternoon will be just as wonderful and festive as that first Christmas night.\u3000 \u4eca\u65e5\u306e\u5348\u5f8c\u306e\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u30fb\u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u304c\u3001\u3042\u306e\u6700\u521d\u306e\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30de\u30b9\u306e\u591c\u3068\u540c\u3058\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u304f\u83ef\u3084\u304b\u306a\u3082\u306e\u306b\u306a\u308b\u3088\u3046\u7948\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
We too want to declare the wonderful tidings of God\u2019s glory and peace, and sing praises to God.\u3000 \u79c1\u9054\u3082\u307e\u305f\u3001\u795e\u306e\u6804\u5149\u3068\u5e73\u548c\u306e\u3059\u3070\u3089\u3057\u3044\u77e5\u3089\u305b\u3092\u5ba3\u8a00\u3057\u3001\u795e\u3078\u306e\u8cdb\u7f8e\u3092\u6b4c\u3044\u305f\u3044\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

They were from the East, which in Scripture, is the area of Mesopotamia.\u3000 \u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u6771\u65b9\u3001\u8056\u66f8\u3067\u306f\u30e1\u30bd\u30dd\u30bf\u30df\u30a2\u306e\u5730\u57df\u304b\u3089\u3084\u3063\u3066\u6765\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
So, these were Gentile astrologers from Babylonia who arrived in Jerusalem asking, \u201cWhere is He who has been born King of the Jews?\u201d\u3064\u307e\u308a\u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u304b\u3089\u6765\u305f\u7570\u90a6\u4eba\u306e\u5360\u661f\u8853\u5e2b\u3067\u3001\u30a8\u30eb\u30b5\u30ec\u30e0\u306b\u3084\u3063\u3066\u6765\u3066\u300c\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u4eba\u306e\u738b\u3068\u3057\u3066\u304a\u751f\u308c\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u304b\u305f\u306f\u3001\u3069\u3053\u306b\u304a\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u304b\uff1f\u300d\u3068\u5c0b\u306d\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
The magi were led by a star that they saw in the east, but why were they interested in this particular star and why did they follow it?\u3000 \u30de\u30ae\u305f\u3061\u306f\u6771\u65b9\u3067\u898b\u305f\u661f\u306b\u5c0e\u304b\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u306a\u305c\u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u3053\u306e\u7279\u5225\u306a\u661f\u306b\u8208\u5473\u3092\u6301\u3061\u3001\u305d\u306e\u661f\u306b\u5f93\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n

Although the Jews were awaiting the coming of a Messiah because of their relationship with God as His chosen people and were promised a Messiah through prophecies, how would these magi from Babylonia know anything about a Messianic concept to begin with?\u3000 \u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u4eba\u306f\u795e\u306b\u9078\u3070\u308c\u305f\u6c11\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u795e\u3068\u306e\u95a2\u4fc2\u304b\u3089\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u5230\u6765\u3092\u5f85\u3061\u671b\u3093\u3067\u304a\u308a\u3001\u9810\u8a00\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u304c\u7d04\u675f\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u304b\u3089\u3084\u3063\u3066\u6765\u305f\u30de\u30ae\u9054\u306f\u3001\u305d\u3082\u305d\u3082\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u6982\u5ff5\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u77e5\u3063\u3066\u3044\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n
Interestingly, of all the Old Testament prophecies of the First Coming of the Messiah, only one passage, Daniel 9:24-27, pinpointed how many years would transpire before the Messiah would come. \u8208\u5473\u6df1\u3044\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3001\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u521d\u81e8\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u65e7\u7d04\u8056\u66f8\u306e\u9810\u8a00\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u3001\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u66f8\uff19\u7ae0\uff12\uff14\u7bc0\u304b\u3089\uff12\uff17\u7bc0\u306f\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u304c\u6765\u3089\u308c\u308b\u307e\u3067\u306b\u4f55\u5e74\u304b\u304b\u308b\u304b\u3092\u6b63\u78ba\u306b\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Unlike many of the other books of Scripture, the Book of Daniel was not written in the Land of Israel, but was written in Babylonia while the Israelites lived in exile there.\u3000 \u4ed6\u306e\u591a\u304f\u306e\u8056\u66f8\u306e\u66f8\u7c21\u3068\u306f\u7570\u306a\u308a\u3001\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u66f8\u306f\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u3067\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u4eba\u304c\u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u306b\u8ffd\u653e\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u9593\u306b\u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u3067\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
In fact, half of the book is not written in Hebrew, the Jewish tongue, but in Aramaic, the language of the Babylonians.\u3000 \u5b9f\u969b\u3001\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u66f8\u306e\u534a\u5206\u306f\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u8a9e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u30d8\u30d6\u30e9\u30a4\u8a9e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u4eba\u306e\u8a00\u8a9e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u30a2\u30e9\u30e0\u8a9e\u3067\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
According to the second chapter of the Book of Daniel, Daniel became the head of the Babylonian School of Astrology.\u3000 \u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u66f8\u306e\u7b2c\uff12\u7ae0\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068\u3001\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u306f\u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u5360\u661f\u8853\u5b66\u6821\u306e\u9577\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
A day came when Daniel was able to save the lives of all the other Babylonian astrologers when he interpreted a dream of Nebuchadnezzar that no one else was able to.\u3000 \u3042\u308b\u65e5\u3001\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u306f\u8ab0\u3082\u89e3\u304d\u660e\u304b\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u30cd\u30d6\u30ab\u30c7\u30cd\u30b6\u30eb\u306e\u5922\u3092\u89e3\u304d\u660e\u304b\u3057\u3001\u4ed6\u306e\u5360\u661f\u8853\u5e2b\u305f\u3061\u306e\u547d\u3092\u6551\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Nebuchadnezzar saw that Daniel had some unique abilities, and assumed that he was a superior astrologist,\u3000 \u30cd\u30d6\u30ab\u30c7\u30cd\u30b6\u30eb\u306f\u3001\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u304c\u30e6\u30cb\u30fc\u30af\u306a\u80fd\u529b\u3092\u6301\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u3092\u898b\u3066\u3001\u5f7c\u304c\u512a\u308c\u305f\u5360\u661f\u8853\u5e2b\u3060\u3068\u601d\u3044\u8fbc\u307f\u3001<\/p>\n
and thus appointed him as president of the Babylonian School of Astrology (Daniel 2:48).\u3000\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u306f\u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u5360\u661f\u8853\u5b66\u6821\u306e\u9577\u306b\u4efb\u547d\u3055\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\uff08\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\uff12\u7ae0\uff14\uff18\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
Of course, Daniel never received his information and revelation from the stars or from astrology, \u3082\u3061\u308d\u3093\u3001\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u306f\u6c7a\u3057\u3066\u661f\u3084\u5360\u661f\u8853\u304b\u3089\u60c5\u5831\u3084\u5553\u793a\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u305f\u306e\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001<\/p>\n
but always from the Creator of those stars, the God of Israel.\u3000\u3044\u3064\u3082\u305d\u308c\u3089\u306e\u661f\u306e\u5275\u9020\u4e3b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u795e\u304b\u3089\u305d\u308c\u3089\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u3066\u3044\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
It is possible that many of the astrologers at that time turned away from the worship of the stars and astrology,\u3000 \u5f53\u6642\u306e\u5360\u661f\u8853\u5e2b\u306e\u591a\u304f\u304c\u3001\u661f\u3084\u5360\u661f\u8853\u306e\u5d07\u62dd\u304b\u3089\u96e2\u308c\u3001<\/p>\n
and became believers in the God of Israel, Daniel\u2019s God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u795e\u3001\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u795e\u3001\u30a2\u30d6\u30e9\u30cf\u30e0\u3001\u30a4\u30b5\u30af\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u795e\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3042\u308a\u5f97\u308b\u8a71\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

While Daniel clearly pinpointed how many years would transpire before the Messiah would appear, \u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u306f\u3001\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u304c\u73fe\u308c\u308b\u307e\u3067\u306b\u4f55\u5e74\u304b\u304b\u308b\u304b\u3092\u660e\u78ba\u306b\u6307\u6458\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001<\/p>\n

It was during the time of Moses when the Israelites were wandering in the wilderness for forty years. \u30e2\u30fc\u30bb\u306e\u6642\u4ee3\u3001\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u6c11\u304c\uff14\uff10\u5e74\u9593\u8352\u91ce\u3092\u3055\u307e\u3088\u3063\u3066\u3044\u305f\u6642\u306e\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Four different times Balaam tried to open his mouth to curse the Jews. \u30d0\u30e9\u30e0\u306f\uff14\u5ea6\u3001\u53e3\u3092\u958b\u3044\u3066\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u4eba\u3092\u546a\u304a\u3046\u3068\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

By profession, Balaam was an astrologer.\u30d0\u30e9\u30e0\u306f\u5360\u661f\u8853\u5e2b\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
According to Numbers 22:5 and Deuteronomy 23:4, Balaam was from Pethor, which was also in Babylonia. \u6c11\u6570\u8a18\uff12\uff12\u7ae0\uff15\u7bc0\u3068\u7533\u547d\u8a18\uff12\uff13\u7ae0\uff14\u7bc0\u306b\u3088\u308c\u3070\u3001\u30d0\u30e9\u30e0\u3082\u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u306b\u3042\u3063\u305f\u30da\u30c8\u30db\u30eb\u306e\u51fa\u8eab\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
As a result of the Balaam connection regarding the star and the Kingship of the Messiah, as well as the Daniel connection which provided the Messianic timetable, \u661f\u3068\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u738b\u6a29\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u30d0\u30e9\u30e0\u306e\u3064\u306a\u304c\u308a\u3068\u3001\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u6642\u523b\u8868\u3092\u63d0\u4f9b\u3057\u305f\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u3064\u306a\u304c\u308a\u306e\u7d50\u679c\u3001<\/p>\n
the magi from Babylonia knew about the coming of the Messiah. \u30d0\u30d3\u30ed\u30cb\u30a2\u304b\u3089\u6765\u305f\u30de\u30ae\u305f\u3061\u306f\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u5230\u6765\u3092\u77e5\u3063\u3066\u3044\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
So, when the magi saw the unusual star in the sky, they took that to be the signal that the Messiah was born, and decided to follow it. \u305d\u306e\u305f\u3081\u3001\u7a7a\u3067\u73cd\u3057\u3044\u661f\u3092\u898b\u305f\u30de\u30ae\u305f\u3061\u306f\u3001\u305d\u308c\u3092\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u8a95\u751f\u306e\u5408\u56f3\u3068\u53d7\u3051\u6b62\u3081\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306b\u5f93\u3046\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3057\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
There are five particular things to note about this \u201cstar\u201d.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u300c\u661f\u300d\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u7279\u306b\u6ce8\u610f\u3059\u3079\u304d\u70b9\u304c\uff15\u3064\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
First of all, this star is referred to by the pronoun, \u201cHis,\u201d that is the Messiah\u2019s star (Matthew 2:2).\u3000 \u307e\u305a\u7b2c\u4e00\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u661f\u306f\u300c\u5f7c\u306e\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u4ee3\u540d\u8a5e\u3067\u547c\u3070\u308c\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306f\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u661f\u3067\u3059\uff08\u30de\u30bf\u30a4\uff12\u7ae0\uff12\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
Secondly, this star appeared and disappeared on two or more occasions. \u7b2c\u4e8c\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u661f\u306f\u4e8c\u5ea6\u4ee5\u4e0a\u73fe\u308c\u3066\u306f\u6d88\u3048\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Thirdly, this star moved from east to west.\u3000 \u7b2c\u4e09\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u661f\u306f\u6771\u304b\u3089\u897f\u306b\u52d5\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Fourthly, this star moved from north to south.\u3000 \u7b2c\u56db\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u661f\u306f\u5317\u304b\u3089\u5357\u306b\u52d5\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
Lastly, this star literally came down to Bethlehem and hovered over one particular house in the town of Bethlehem (Matthew 2:9).\u3000 \u6700\u5f8c\u306b\u3001\u3053\u306e\u661f\u306f\u6587\u5b57\u901a\u308a\u30d9\u30c4\u30ec\u30d8\u30e0\u306b\u6765\u3066\u3001\u30d9\u30c4\u30ec\u30d8\u30e0\u306e\u753a\u306e\u3042\u308b\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u5bb6\u306e\u4e0a\u306b\u3068\u3069\u307e\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\uff08\u30de\u30bf\u30a4\uff12\u7ae0\uff19\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
Thus, it did not behave like any ordinary star.\u3000 \u305d\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u666e\u901a\u306e\u661f\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u3075\u308b\u307e\u3044\u3092\u3057\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
The root for the Greek word for star means \u201cradiant\u201d or \u201cbrilliant.\u201d\u3000 \u30ae\u30ea\u30b7\u30e3\u8a9e\u306e\u661f\u306e\u8a9e\u6e90\u306f\u3001\u300c\u8f1d\u304d \u300d\u3084 \u300c\u5149\u8f1d\u300d\u3092\u610f\u5473\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
This \u201cbrilliance\u201d is what is known as the Shechinah Glory.\u3000 \u3053\u306e \u300c\u8f1d\u304d \u300d\u3053\u305d\u304c\u3001\u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u6804\u5149\u3068\u3057\u3066\u77e5\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3082\u306e\u306a\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Thus, just as the Shechinah Glory was used to announce the birth of the Messiah to Jewish shepherds, \u3053\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u30b7\u30e3\u30ab\u30a4\u30ca\u306e\u8f1d\u304d\u304c\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u306e\u7f8a\u98fc\u3044\u305f\u3061\u306b\u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u8a95\u751f\u3092\u544a\u3052\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4f7f\u308f\u308c\u305f\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001<\/p>\n
it was also used to announce the birth of the King of the Jews to the magi.\u3000\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u306e\u738b\u306e\u8a95\u751f\u3092\u30de\u30ae\u305f\u3061\u306b\u544a\u3052\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3082\u4f7f\u308f\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
That is why when they arrived in Jerusalem, the Jewish capital, \u3067\u3059\u304b\u3089\u5f7c\u3089\u304c\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u4eba\u306e\u9996\u90fd\u3067\u3042\u308b\u30a8\u30eb\u30b5\u30ec\u30e0\u306b\u5230\u7740\u3057\u305f\u6642\u306b\u3001<\/p>\n
they asked the question, \u201cWhere is He who has been born King of the Jews?\u201d \u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u300c\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u4eba\u306e\u738b\u3068\u3057\u3066\u304a\u751f\u308c\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u304b\u305f\u306f\u3001\u3069\u3053\u306b\u304a\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u304b\u300d\u3068\u5c0b\u306d\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
Although they had the Book of Daniel, they did not have the Book of Michah.\u3000 \u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u30c0\u30cb\u30a8\u30eb\u66f8\u3092\u6301\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u30df\u30ab\u66f8\u306f\u6301\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
It was Micah who prophesied the Messiah would be born in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2).\u3000 \u30e1\u30b7\u30a2\u304c\u30d9\u30c4\u30ec\u30d8\u30e0\u3067\u751f\u307e\u308c\u308b\u3068\u9810\u8a00\u3057\u305f\u306e\u306f\u30df\u30ab\u3067\u3057\u305f\uff08\u30df\u30ab\uff15\u7ae0\uff12\u7bc0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n
Having learned that information, the magi headed for Bethlehem.\u3000\u305d\u306e\u60c5\u5831\u3092\u77e5\u3063\u305f\u30de\u30ae\u305f\u3061\u306f\u30d9\u30c4\u30ec\u30d8\u30e0\u306b\u5411\u304b\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

Jesus\u2019 family was no longer in a stable where the shepherds had found them, but were now in a private home.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u306f\u3001\u7f8a\u98fc\u3044\u305f\u3061\u304c\u898b\u3064\u3051\u305f\u99ac\u5c0f\u5c4b\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u4eca\u306f\u666e\u901a\u306e\u500b\u4eba\u306e\u5bb6\u306b\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n
