Let me begin this message by reading a verse from the Bible.\u3000 \u307e\u305a\u3001\u8056\u66f8\u306e\u8056\u53e5\u3092\u4e00\u3064\u8aad\u307f\u4e0a\u3052\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304b\u3089\u3001\u3053\u306e\u30e1\u30c3\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8\u3092\u59cb\u3081\u305f\u3044\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

James 1:1\uff08\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u624b\u7d19\uff11\u7ae0\uff11\u7bc0\uff09<\/p>\n

James, a bond-servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes who are dispersed abroad: Greetings. \u795e\u3068\u4e3b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3068\u306e\u50d5\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u304b\u3089\u3001\u96e2\u6563\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5341\u4e8c\u90e8\u65cf\u306e\u4eba\u3005\u3078\u3001\u3042\u3044\u3055\u3064\u3092\u304a\u304f\u308b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the first verse of the Letter of James found in the New Testament.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u65b0\u7d04\u8056\u66f8\u306b\u3042\u308b\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u624b\u7d19\u306e\u5192\u982d\u306e\u7bc0\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

All of us have a family we were born into.\u3000 \u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306b\u306f\u7686\u3001\u751f\u307e\u308c\u80b2\u3063\u305f\u5bb6\u65cf\u304c\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Some of us appreciate the family we were born into, some of us \u201cput up\u201d with the family we were born into, \u751f\u307e\u308c\u305f\u307e\u307e\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u3092\u5927\u5207\u306b\u601d\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u308c\u3070\u3001\u305f\u3060\u300c\u6211\u6162\u3057\u3066\u300d\u904e\u3054\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

and sadly, some of us may have grown up in a family that is too painful to remember or talk about.\u3000\u305d\u3057\u3066\u60b2\u3057\u3044\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3001\u601d\u3044\u51fa\u3057\u305f\u308a\u8a71\u3057\u305f\u308a\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3055\u3048\u8f9b\u3044\u3088\u3046\u306a\u5bb6\u5ead\u3067\u80b2\u3063\u305f\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u308b\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

For any of you who have grown up in such a family, my prayers are for you.\u3000 \u305d\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u5bb6\u5ead\u3067\u80b2\u3063\u305f\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u65b9\u3005\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3001\u79c1\u306f\u7948\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

I am sorry for the pain that you have had to endure, and I pray for God\u2019s healing and comfort to bring you to a place\u3042\u306a\u305f\u304c\u8010\u3048\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u306a\u3089\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u75db\u307f\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3001\u5fc3\u304b\u3089\u304a\u6094\u3084\u307f\u7533\u3057\u4e0a\u3052\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

where you can find rest and joy in knowing that in God\u2019s family there is true love and support.\u3000\u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u795e\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u306b\u306f\u771f\u306e\u611b\u3068\u652f\u3048\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u77e5\u308a\u3001\u5b89\u3089\u304e\u3068\u559c\u3073\u3092\u898b\u51fa\u305b\u308b\u5834\u6240\u3078\u3068\u5c0e\u304b\u308c\u308b\u3088\u3046\u3001\u795e\u306e\u7652\u3057\u3068\u6170\u3081\u304c\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306b\u4e0e\u3048\u3089\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u7948\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Having said that, none of us were able to choose the family we were born into.\u3000 \u3068\u306f\u3044\u3048\u3001\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306f\u8ab0\u3082\u3001\u751f\u307e\u308c\u80b2\u3063\u305f\u5bb6\u65cf\u3092\u9078\u3076\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3067\u304d\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

Such was the case for James as well. \u3000\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u3082\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306f\u540c\u3058\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

The James who wrote the letter I read, is not the apostle James that was one of the twelve chosen by Jesus to minister alongside of Him.\u3000 \u79c1\u304c\u8aad\u3093\u3060\u624b\u7d19\u3092\u66f8\u3044\u305f\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u9078\u3070\u308c\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u5171\u306b\u5ba3\u6559\u3057\u305f\u5341\u4e8c\u4f7f\u5f92\u306e\u4e00\u4eba\u3067\u3042\u308b\u4f7f\u5f92\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u3067\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

This James was the half-brother of Jesus, and in a sense was chosen by God to be a part of Jesus\u2019 earthly family.\u3000\u3053\u306e\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306e\u7570\u7236\u5144\u5f1f\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u3042\u308b\u610f\u5473\u3067\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306e\u5730\u4e0a\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u306e\u4e00\u54e1\u3068\u306a\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u795e\u69d8\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u9078\u3070\u308c\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

He is the half-brother of Jesus; same mother, Mary, but different father; Jesus being born by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, while James\u2019 father was Joseph.\u3000 \u5f7c\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u7570\u7236\u5144\u5f1f\u3067\u3059\u3002\u6bcd\u306f\u540c\u3058\u30de\u30ea\u30a2\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u7236\u306f\u7570\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306f\u8056\u970a\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u5bbf\u308a\u3001\u751f\u307e\u308c\u305f\u306e\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u7236\u306f\u30e8\u30bb\u30d5\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

James was most likely the oldest of Jesus\u2019 younger brothers, as he is listed first among them.\u3000 \u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306e\u5144\u5f1f\u305f\u3061\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u6700\u521d\u306b\u6319\u3052\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304b\u3089\u3001\u304a\u305d\u3089\u304f\u305d\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u4e00\u756a\u306e\u5e74\u9577\u8005\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3068\u601d\u308f\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Four brothers of Jesus are named\u2014James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas, and it is also mentioned that Jesus had sisters (Matthew 13:55-56).\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5144\u5f1f\u306e\u3046\u3061\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u3001\u30e8\u30bb\u30d5\u3001\u30b7\u30e2\u30f3\u3001\u30e6\u30c0\u3068\u3044\u30464\u4eba\u306e\u540d\u524d\u304c\u6319\u3052\u3089\u308c\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306b\u306f\u59c9\u59b9\u3082\u3044\u305f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\uff08\u30de\u30bf\u30a413:55-56\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

In was in this context of a large family that James grew up with Jesus.\u3000 \u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u3001\u5927\u304d\u306a\u5bb6\u65cf\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u5171\u306b\u80b2\u3061\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

Thus, he got to see Jesus and listen to Him throughout his lifetime.\u3000\u305d\u306e\u305f\u3081\u3001\u5f7c\u306f\u751f\u6daf\u3092\u901a\u3058\u3066\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u63a5\u3057\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304b\u3089\u805e\u304f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

He was able to see and listen to Jesus as a family member, inside the home away from the public\u2019s eyes.\u3000 \u5f7c\u306f\u3001\u4eba\u3005\u306e\u76ee\u304b\u3089\u96e2\u308c\u305f\u5bb6\u5ead\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u3001\u5bb6\u65cf\u306e\u4e00\u54e1\u3068\u3057\u3066\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u898b\u3001\u305d\u306e\u58f0\u3092\u805e\u304f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

There must have been many instances in which James saw and experienced the unexpected and extraordinary qualities of his older brother.\u3000 \u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u3001\u5144\u306e\u4e88\u60f3\u5916\u3067\u4e26\u5916\u308c\u305f\u8cc7\u8cea\u3092\u76ee\u6483\u3057\u3001\u4f53\u9a13\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u304c\u4f55\u5ea6\u3082\u3042\u3063\u305f\u306b\u9055\u3044\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

As James and his siblings grew older, they might have become immune to how different Jesus was in comparison to them.\u3000\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u3068\u5144\u5f1f\u305f\u3061\u304c\u6210\u9577\u3059\u308b\u306b\u3064\u308c\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u81ea\u5206\u305f\u3061\u3068\u306f\u3069\u308c\u307b\u3069\u9055\u3046\u5b58\u5728\u3067\u3042\u308b\u304b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u3001\u611f\u899a\u304c\u9ebb\u75fa\u3057\u3066\u3057\u307e\u3063\u305f\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

We are aware that during Jesus\u2019 public ministry and prior to His crucifixion, \u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u516c\u306e\u5ba3\u6559\u671f\u9593\u4e2d\u3001\u305d\u3057\u3066\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u306b\u304b\u3051\u3089\u308c\u308b\u524d\u3001<\/p>\n

James did not show faith in Jesus as the Christ and the Son of God.\u3000\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u304c\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3067\u3042\u308a\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u59ff\u52e2\u3092\u793a\u3055\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u77e5\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

The first miracle that Jesus did at the beginning of His public ministry was the turning of water into wine during a wedding in Cana of Galilee.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u516c\u306e\u5ba3\u6559\u306e\u521d\u3081\u306b\u6210\u3057\u9042\u3052\u305f\u6700\u521d\u306e\u5947\u8de1\u306f\u3001\u30ac\u30ea\u30e9\u30e4\u306e\u30ab\u30ca\u3067\u884c\u308f\u308c\u305f\u5a5a\u793c\u306e\u5e2d\u3067\u3001\u6c34\u3092\u30ef\u30a4\u30f3\u306b\u5909\u3048\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

The details of how the miracle took place are recorded in John 2:1-10.\u3000 \u305d\u306e\u5947\u8de1\u304c\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u8d77\u3053\u3063\u305f\u304b\u306e\u8a73\u7d30\u306f\u3001\u30e8\u30cf\u30cd\u306b\u3088\u308b\u798f\u97f3\u66f82\u7ae01\u7bc0\u304b\u308910\u7bc0\u306b\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

The summary of what took place and the results of that miracle, as well as what happened afterwards, can be seen in John 2:11-12.\u3000 \u305d\u3053\u3067\u8d77\u3053\u3063\u305f\u51fa\u6765\u4e8b\u306e\u6982\u8981\u3068\u3001\u305d\u306e\u5947\u8de1\u306e\u7d50\u679c\u3001\u305d\u3057\u3066\u305d\u306e\u5f8c\u306e\u5c55\u958b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306f\u3001\u30e8\u30cf\u30cd\u306b\u3088\u308b\u798f\u97f3\u66f82\u7ae011\u7bc0\u304b\u308912\u7bc0\u306b\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

In a way, we can see in these verses, the response of James and his family members to what Jesus did at that time.\u3000\u3042\u308b\u610f\u5473\u3067\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u8056\u53e5\u304b\u3089\u306f\u3001\u5f53\u6642\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u884c\u308f\u308c\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u3068\u305d\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u305f\u3061\u306e\u53cd\u5fdc\u304c\u3046\u304b\u304c\u3048\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

John 2:11-12\uff08\u30e8\u30cf\u30cd\u306e\u798f\u97f3\u66f8\uff12\u7ae0\uff11\uff11\uff5e\uff11\uff12\u7bc0\uff09<\/p>\n

11 <\/sup>This beginning of\u00a0His\u00a0signs Jesus did in Cana of\u00a0Galilee, and manifested His\u00a0glory, and His disciples believed in Him. 12 <\/sup>After this He went down to\u00a0Capernaum, He and His mother and His\u00a0brothers and His\u00a0disciples; and they stayed there a few days. 11<\/sup>\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306f\u3001\u3053\u306e\u6700\u521d\u306e\u3057\u308b\u3057\u3092\u30ac\u30ea\u30e9\u30e4\u306e\u30ab\u30ca\u3067\u884c\u3044\u3001\u305d\u306e\u6804\u5149\u3092\u73fe\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002\u305d\u3057\u3066\u5f1f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u305f\u3002<\/strong>12<\/sup>\u305d\u306e\u306e\u3061\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u306f\u3001\u305d\u306e\u6bcd\u3001\u5144\u5f1f\u305f\u3061\u3001\u5f1f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u3068\u4e00\u7dd2\u306b\u3001\u30ab\u30da\u30ca\u30a6\u30e0\u306b\u4e0b\u3063\u3066\u3001\u5e7e\u65e5\u304b\u305d\u3053\u306b\u3068\u3069\u307e\u3089\u308c\u305f\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n

It indicates in these verses that Jesus\u2019 disciples believed in Him based on the miracle that was performed at the wedding in Cana.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u8056\u53e5\u306f\u3001\u30ab\u30ca\u306e\u5a5a\u793c\u3067\u884c\u308f\u308c\u305f\u5947\u8de1\u3092\u6839\u62e0\u306b\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5f1f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u304c\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

It seems that Jesus\u2019 brothers were at the wedding as well, but it does not indicate that they believed in Him like the disciples did.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5144\u5f1f\u305f\u3061\u3082\u305d\u306e\u5a5a\u793c\u306b\u540c\u5e2d\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3088\u3046\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\u5f1f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u305f\u3068\u306f\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

As we read the Gospel accounts of Jesus\u2019 public ministry, we sometimes read of Jesus\u2019 interactions with His family.\u3000 \u798f\u97f3\u66f8\u306b\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u305f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u516c\u751f\u6daf\u3092\u8aad\u3080\u3068\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u3054\u5bb6\u65cf\u3068\u306e\u95a2\u308f\u308a\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u89e6\u308c\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u7b87\u6240\u304c\u6642\u6298\u898b\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

It seems that Jesus\u2019 family, His mother and brothers, went with Jesus to Capernaum, which became His home base during His public ministry.\u3000\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u516c\u751f\u6daf\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u62e0\u70b9\u3068\u306a\u3063\u305f\u30ab\u30da\u30ca\u30a6\u30e0\u3078\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u3054\u5bb6\u65cf\u3001\u3059\u306a\u308f\u3061\u6bcd\u3084\u5144\u5f1f\u305f\u3061\u304c\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u5171\u306b\u884c\u3063\u305f\u3088\u3046\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

One incident showed that indeed Jesus\u2019 family was close by to Him, and at the same time showed some \u201cspiritual\u201d distance between them.\u3000\u3042\u308b\u51fa\u6765\u4e8b\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u304c\u78ba\u304b\u306b\u5f7c\u306e\u8eab\u8fd1\u306b\u3044\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u4e00\u65b9\u3067\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u3068\u306e\u9593\u306b\u300c\u970a\u7684\u306a\u300d\u8ddd\u96e2\u304c\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3082\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

As Jesus defined who belonged to the family of God in this passage, it also seems to indirectly make the point that His own earthly family, \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u3053\u306e\u7b87\u6240\u3067\u3001\u8ab0\u304c\u795e\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u306b\u5c5e\u3059\u308b\u304b\u3092\u5b9a\u7fa9\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3001\u540c\u6642\u306b\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3054\u81ea\u8eab\u306e\u5730\u4e0a\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u3001<\/p>\n

at least some of them at that time, were not part of the family of God.\u3000\u5c11\u306a\u304f\u3068\u3082\u305d\u306e\u6642\u70b9\u3067\u306e\u4e00\u90e8\u306e\u8005\u305f\u3061\u306f\u3001\u795e\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u306e\u4e00\u54e1\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3092\u9593\u63a5\u7684\u306b\u793a\u5506\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3082\u601d\u308f\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

As Jesus continued His public ministry, it must have caused some difficulty for His family.\u3000 \u3000\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u516c\u306e\u5ba3\u6559\u6d3b\u52d5\u3092\u7d9a\u3051\u308b\u306b\u3064\u308c\u3001\u305d\u308c\u306f\u3054\u5bb6\u65cf\u306e\u9593\u306b\u4f55\u3089\u304b\u306e\u56f0\u96e3\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3057\u305f\u306b\u9055\u3044\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

There may have been some family resentment over the economic loss when Jesus left His work as a carpenter to become a rabbi.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u5927\u5de5\u306e\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u8f9e\u3081\u3066\u30e9\u30d3\u306b\u306a\u3063\u305f\u969b\u3001\u7d4c\u6e08\u7684\u306a\u640d\u5931\u3092\u88ab\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u3001\u5bb6\u65cf\u306e\u4e2d\u306b\u306f\u4e0d\u6e80\u3092\u62b1\u3044\u3066\u3044\u305f\u8005\u3082\u3044\u305f\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

His brothers, including James, might have been wondering how long Jesus\u2019 work of ministry was going to continue.\u3000 \u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u3092\u542b\u3080\u5144\u5f1f\u305f\u3061\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5ba3\u6559\u6d3b\u52d5\u304c\u3044\u3064\u307e\u3067\u7d9a\u304f\u306e\u304b\u3068\u6c17\u306b\u304b\u3051\u3066\u3044\u305f\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

The claims that Jesus made about Himself may have also embarrassed and puzzled the brothers.\u3000\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u3054\u81ea\u8eab\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8a9e\u3063\u305f\u4e3b\u5f35\u306f\u3001\u5144\u5f1f\u305f\u3061\u3092\u5f53\u60d1\u3055\u305b\u3001\u56f0\u60d1\u3055\u305b\u305f\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

We see this in the following passage of Scripture.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3001\u6b21\u306e\u8056\u66f8\u306e\u7b87\u6240\u304b\u3089\u3082\u898b\u3066\u53d6\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

In this passage it clearly states the unbelief of Jesus\u2019 brothers;\u3053\u306e\u7b87\u6240\u3067\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5144\u5f1f\u305f\u3061\u306e\u4e0d\u4fe1\u4ef0\u304c\u306f\u3063\u304d\u308a\u3068\u8ff0\u3079\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

they did not believe in Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God.\u3000\u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u304c\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3001\u3059\u306a\u308f\u3061\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u3066\u3044\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

It seems that at best, Jesus\u2019 family tolerated His public ministry, but did not understand why He was doing what He was doing.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5bb6\u65cf\u306f\u3001\u305b\u3044\u305c\u3044\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u516c\u306e\u50cd\u304d\u3092\u5bb9\u8a8d\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u306b\u904e\u304e\u305a\u3001\u306a\u305c\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u305d\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u3053\u3068\u3092\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u304b\u7406\u89e3\u3057\u3066\u3044\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3088\u3046\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

However, something took place to change all of this, for as we read earlier, James wrote a letter beginning it this way:\u3000\u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u3042\u308b\u51fa\u6765\u4e8b\u304c\u8d77\u3053\u308a\u3001\u3053\u306e\u72b6\u6cc1\u3092\u4e00\u5909\u3055\u305b\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u5148\u307b\u3069\u8aad\u3093\u3060\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u6b21\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u66f8\u304d\u59cb\u3081\u305f\u624b\u7d19\u3092\u9001\u3063\u305f\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3059\uff1a<\/p>\n

James, a bond-servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes who are dispersed abroad: Greetings. \u795e\u3068\u4e3b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3068\u306e\u50d5\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u304b\u3089\u3001\u96e2\u6563\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5341\u4e8c\u90e8\u65cf\u306e\u4eba\u3005\u3078\u3001\u3042\u3044\u3055\u3064\u3092\u304a\u304f\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n

Here, we see James\u2019 faith in Jesus as the Christ and His Lord by referring to himself as \u201ca bond-servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ\u201d.\u3000 \u3053\u3053\u3067\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u81ea\u3089\u3092\u300c\u795e\u3068\u4e3b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u3057\u3082\u3079\u300d\u3068\u547c\u3076\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u3092\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u4e3b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3092\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

He is affirming here his faith in Jesus as the Son of God.\u3000 \u5f7c\u306f\u3053\u3053\u3067\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3092\u78ba\u8a00\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

So, the question is, what happened that changed James\u2019 attitude toward Jesus?\u3000 \u3067\u306f\u3001\u4e00\u4f53\u4f55\u304c\u8d77\u304d\u3066\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u614b\u5ea6\u304c\u5909\u308f\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n

We can find a clue to the answer to this question in the following passage of Scripture, which describes the disciples of Jesus after they saw Him ascend to heaven.\u3000\u3053\u306e\u554f\u3044\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u7b54\u3048\u306e\u624b\u304c\u304b\u308a\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u5929\u306b\u6607\u3089\u308c\u308b\u306e\u3092\u898b\u305f\u5f8c\u306e\u5f1f\u5b50\u305f\u3061\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8a18\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3001\u6b21\u306e\u8056\u66f8\u306e\u7b87\u6240\u306b\u898b\u51fa\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This enabled James to serve as a key respected leader of the Early Church.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u521d\u4ee3\u6559\u4f1a\u306e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u306a\u6307\u5c0e\u8005\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u4eba\u3005\u306e\u5c0a\u656c\u3092\u96c6\u3081\u308b\u5b58\u5728\u3068\u306a\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Here we see James clearly referred to as \u201cthe Lord\u2019s brother,\u201d mentioned alongside of Cephas (Peter).\u3000 \u3053\u3053\u3067\u306f\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u304c\u300c\u4e3b\u306e\u5144\u5f1f\u300d\u3068\u660e\u78ba\u306b\u547c\u3070\u308c\u3001\u30b1\u30d5\u30a1\uff08\u30da\u30c6\u30ed\uff09\u3068\u5171\u306b\u8a00\u53ca\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u304c\u308f\u304b\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

And we can also see James\u2019 position of authority among the believers in Jerusalem based on the following passage of Scripture.\u3000 \u307e\u305f\u3001\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u8056\u66f8\u306e\u7b87\u6240\u304b\u3089\u3001\u30a8\u30eb\u30b5\u30ec\u30e0\u306e\u4fe1\u5f92\u305f\u3061\u306e\u9593\u3067\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u304c\u6a29\u5a01\u3042\u308b\u7acb\u5834\u306b\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3082\u308f\u304b\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

We see here, James was being looked to, to provide a judgment in regard to what is required of Gentile believers of Jesus Christ.\u3000 \u3053\u3053\u3067\u308f\u304b\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u7570\u90a6\u4eba\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u4f55\u304c\u6c42\u3081\u3089\u308c\u308b\u304b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u5224\u65ad\u3092\u4e0b\u3059\u5f79\u5272\u304c\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306b\u671f\u5f85\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Jude not only felt it a privilege to be a bond-servant of Jesus Christ, but also to be the brother of James.\u3000 \u30e6\u30c0\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u3057\u3082\u3079\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3060\u3051\u3067\u306a\u304f\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u5144\u5f1f\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3082\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u306e\u7279\u6a29\u3060\u3068\u611f\u3058\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

This shows that Jude felt that mentioning the fact he was the \u201cbrother of James\u201d was sufficient identification for himself.\u3000 \u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u30e6\u30c0\u304c\u300c\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u5144\u5f1f\u300d\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u4e8b\u5b9f\u3092\u8ff0\u3079\u308b\u3060\u3051\u3067\u3001\u81ea\u5206\u306e\u8eab\u5143\u3092\u5341\u5206\u306b\u8a3c\u660e\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3068\u8003\u3048\u3066\u3044\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

This again speaks to the prominence and influence that was given to James by Christ as a key leader of the Early Church.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u3053\u3068\u306f\u521d\u671f\u6559\u4f1a\u306e\u4e3b\u8981\u306a\u6307\u5c0e\u8005\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u304c\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306b\u4e0e\u3048\u305f\u5353\u8d8a\u3057\u305f\u5730\u4f4d\u3068\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u3092\u6539\u3081\u3066\u7269\u8a9e\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

James, a bond-servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes who are dispersed abroad: Greetings. \u795e\u3068\u4e3b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3068\u306e\u50d5\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u304b\u3089\u3001\u96e2\u6563\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5341\u4e8c\u90e8\u65cf\u306e\u4eba\u3005\u3078\u3001\u3042\u3044\u3055\u3064\u3092\u304a\u304f\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n

James knew Jesus was the real deal, and he wrote unashamedly at the beginning of the letter, his humble submission to God and the Lord Jesus Christ. \u3000 \u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u771f\u306e\u6551\u3044\u4e3b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u77e5\u3063\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u624b\u7d19\u306e\u5192\u982d\u3067\u3001\u795e\u3068\u4e3b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u8b19\u865a\u306a\u670d\u5f93\u3092\u3001\u305f\u3081\u3089\u3046\u3053\u3068\u306a\u304f\u8a18\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

James wrote this letter to the twelve tribes of Israel, that is to all Jews who were believers of Jesus Christ.\u3000 \u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u3053\u306e\u624b\u7d19\u3092\u3001\u30a4\u30b9\u30e9\u30a8\u30eb\u306e\u5341\u4e8c\u90e8\u65cf\u3001\u3059\u306a\u308f\u3061\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3092\u4fe1\u3058\u308b\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u4eba\u306b\u5411\u3051\u3066\u66f8\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

These Christian Jews lived all over the Roman Empire (the known world at that time).\u3000\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u4eba\u30af\u30ea\u30b9\u30c1\u30e3\u30f3\u305f\u3061\u306f\u3001\u30ed\u30fc\u30de\u5e1d\u56fd\u5168\u571f\uff08\u5f53\u6642\u77e5\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u305f\u4e16\u754c\uff09\u306b\u5c45\u4f4f\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

They were dispersed abroad due to persecution at the time of Stephen\u2019s martyrdom (Acts 8).\u3000 \u5f7c\u3089\u306f\u3001\u30b9\u30c6\u30d1\u30ce\u306e\u6b89\u6559\uff08\u4f7f\u5f92\u884c\u4f1d8\u7ae0\uff09\u306e\u969b\u306e\u8feb\u5bb3\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u5404\u5730\u306b\u6563\u3089\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Because of James\u2019 unique position of having grown up with Jesus, and having been somewhat skeptical of Jesus\u2019 claims to be the Christ and the Son of God, \u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u5171\u306b\u80b2\u3061\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u3067\u3042\u308a\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u4e3b\u5f35\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u591a\u5c11\u3001\u61d0\u7591\u7684\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3001\u72ec\u7279\u306a\u7acb\u5834\u306b\u3042\u3063\u305f\u304b\u3089\u3053\u305d\u3001<\/p>\n

he was able to speak from a standpoint of knowing what is real and genuine.\u3000\u4f55\u304c\u771f\u5b9f\u3067\u672c\u7269\u3067\u3042\u308b\u304b\u3092\u719f\u77e5\u3057\u305f\u7acb\u5834\u304b\u3089\u8a9e\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Thus, James addressed in his letter what true faith and life in Jesus should be like.\u3000 \u305d\u308c\u3086\u3048\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u624b\u7d19\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306b\u3042\u308b\u771f\u306e\u4fe1\u4ef0\u3068\u751f\u6d3b\u3068\u306f\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u3082\u306e\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3079\u304d\u304b\u3092\u8a18\u3057\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Some interesting characteristics of the Letter of James is that it is considered the most Jewish book in the New Testament.\u3000 \u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u624b\u7d19\u306e\u8208\u5473\u6df1\u3044\u7279\u5fb4\u306e\u4e00\u3064\u306f\u3001\u65b0\u7d04\u8056\u66f8\u306e\u4e2d\u3067\u6700\u3082\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u7684\u306a\u66f8\u7269\u3068\u898b\u306a\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u70b9\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

The life to which the letter exhorts believers to live is that of a pious Jew who is fulfilling the law in every regard.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u624b\u7d19\u304c\u4fe1\u8005\u305f\u3061\u306b\u751f\u304d\u308b\u3088\u3046\u52e7\u3081\u308b\u751f\u6d3b\u3068\u306f\u3001\u3042\u3089\u3086\u308b\u70b9\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u5f8b\u6cd5\u3092\u5168\u3046\u3059\u308b\u656c\u8654\u306a\u30e6\u30c0\u30e4\u4eba\u306e\u751f\u6d3b\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

James is writing to Christian believers, but the focus is not on how to become believers.\u3000 \u3000\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306f\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u6559\u306e\u4fe1\u5f92\u305f\u3061\u306b\u66f8\u304d\u9001\u3063\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u7126\u70b9\u306f\u300c\u3044\u304b\u306b\u3057\u3066\u4fe1\u8005\u3068\u306a\u308b\u304b\u300d\u306b\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

It is focused on how to grow in living out the way of holiness in practical ways.\u3000 \u305d\u306e\u7126\u70b9\u306f\u3001\u3044\u304b\u306b\u3057\u3066\u5b9f\u8df5\u7684\u306a\u65b9\u6cd5\u3067\u8056\u306a\u308b\u9053\u3092\u6b69\u307f\u3001\u6210\u9577\u3057\u3066\u3044\u304f\u304b\u306b\u7f6e\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

At the same time, there are quite a number of parallels between James\u2019 letter and the words of Jesus, although he does not quote specifically from the gospels.\u3000\u540c\u6642\u306b\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u624b\u7d19\u3068\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u8a00\u8449\u306e\u9593\u306b\u306f\u3001\u798f\u97f3\u66f8\u304b\u3089\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u306b\u5f15\u7528\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u308f\u3051\u3067\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3082\u306e\u306e\u3001\u304b\u306a\u308a\u306e\u6570\u306e\u985e\u4f3c\u70b9\u304c\u898b\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

The insights and attitudes reflected in Jesus\u2019 Sermon on the Mount can be clearly seen in what James wrote.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u300c\u5c71\u4e0a\u306e\u8aac\u6559\u300d\u306b\u8868\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u6d1e\u5bdf\u3084\u59ff\u52e2\u306f\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u624b\u7d19\u306e\u8a18\u8ff0\u306b\u3082\u306f\u3063\u304d\u308a\u3068\u898b\u3066\u53d6\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

For example, in James 1:22 it says: \u4f8b\u3048\u3070\u3001\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u624b\u7d191\u7ae022\u7bc0\u306b\u306f\u6b21\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u66f8\u304b\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\uff1a<\/p>\n

But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves.\u305d\u3057\u3066\u3001\u5fa1\u8a00\u3092\u884c\u3046\u4eba\u306b\u306a\u308a\u306a\u3055\u3044\u3002\u304a\u306e\u308c\u3092\u6b3a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u305f\u3060\u805e\u304f\u3060\u3051\u306e\u8005\u3068\u306a\u3063\u3066\u306f\u3044\u3051\u306a\u3044\u3002<\/p>\n

Your riches have rotted and your garments have become moth-eaten. \u3042\u306a\u305f\u304c\u305f\u306e\u5bcc\u306f\u673d\u3061\u679c\u3066\u3001\u7740\u7269\u306f\u3080\u3057\u3070\u307e\u308c\u3001<\/strong><\/p>\n

The book is very practical, and cuts to the core of what true and genuine Christianity is all about.\u3000 \u3053\u306e\u672c\u306f\u6975\u3081\u3066\u5b9f\u8df5\u7684\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u771f\u306e\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u6559\u306e\u672c\u8cea\u3092\u7a81\u304d\u8a70\u3081\u3066\u8aac\u660e\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

However, for today\u2019s purpose, let\u2019s get back to James\u2019 response to Jesus\u2019 resurrection.\u3000 \u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u4eca\u65e5\u306e\u76ee\u7684\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u53cd\u5fdc\u306b\u8a71\u3092\u623b\u3057\u307e\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n

For us too, we must face the question of how we will respond to Jesus\u2019 resurrection.\u3000 \u3000\u3000\u3000\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u3082\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u306b\u3069\u3046\u5fdc\u7b54\u3059\u308b\u304b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u554f\u3044\u306b\u76f4\u9762\u3057\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u306a\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

Jesus\u2019 resurrection forces us to look at Jesus in a certain way.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u3042\u308b\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u8996\u70b9\u304b\u3089\u898b\u3064\u3081\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u5f37\u3044\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

More specifically, when we encounter Jesus, that is read and study Him, \u3088\u308a\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u306b\u8a00\u3048\u3070\u3001\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u304c\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3068\u51fa\u4f1a\u3046\u6642\u3001\u3064\u307e\u308a\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8aad\u307f\u3001\u5b66\u3076\u3068\u304d\u3001<\/p>\n

we will be challenged to come to a decision regarding who He is.\u3000\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u304a\u65b9\u3067\u3042\u308b\u304b\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u6c7a\u65ad\u3092\u4e0b\u3059\u3088\u3046\u8feb\u3089\u308c\u308b\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

We will either see Jesus as a liar (one who deceived people into thinking He was the Son of God), \u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u5618\u3064\u304d\uff08\u4eba\u3005\u3092\u6b3a\u3044\u3066\u81ea\u5206\u304c\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3060\u3068\u4fe1\u3058\u8fbc\u307e\u305b\u305f\u8005\uff09\u304b\u3001<\/p>\n

a lunatic (one who was delusional in thinking He was the Son of God), or Lord (one who was truly the Son of God as He said).\u3000\u72c2\u4eba\uff08\u81ea\u5206\u304c\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3060\u3068\u932f\u899a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u8005\uff09\u304b\u3001\u3042\u308b\u3044\u306f\u4e3b\uff08\u3054\u81ea\u8eab\u304c\u8a9e\u3063\u305f\u901a\u308a\u3001\u771f\u306b\u795e\u306e\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u8005\uff09\u306e\u3044\u305a\u308c\u304b\u3068\u3057\u3066\u898b\u308b\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n

James\u2019 response to Jesus\u2019 resurrection was that he saw Jesus as His Lord.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u30e4\u30b3\u30d6\u306e\u53cd\u5fdc\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u3092\u4e3b\u3068\u3057\u3066\u8a8d\u3081\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

He knew Jesus was the real deal, and thus he declared himself a bond-servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ<\/em>.\u3000 \u5f7c\u306f\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u672c\u7269\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u77e5\u3063\u3066\u3044\u305f\u305f\u3081\u3001\u81ea\u3089\u3092\u795e\u3068\u4e3b\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u30fb\u30ad\u30ea\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u3057\u3082\u3079<\/em>\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u5ba3\u8a00\u3057\u305f\u306e\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

What is your response to Jesus\u2019 resurrection?\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u3001\u3042\u306a\u305f\u306f\u3069\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306b\u5fdc\u7b54\u3057\u307e\u3059\u304b\uff1f<\/p>\n

Without Jesus\u2019 resurrection, there would be no hope for us.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u304c\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u3001\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306b\u5e0c\u671b\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/p>\n

Without Jesus\u2019 resurrection, even though Jesus died on the cross for our sins, there would be no forgiveness for our sins and no eternal life with God.\u3000 \u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u306e\u5fa9\u6d3b\u304c\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u3001\u305f\u3068\u3048\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u69d8\u304c\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306e\u7f6a\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u3067\u6b7b\u306a\u308c\u305f\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3082\u3001\u79c1\u305f\u3061\u306e\u7f6a\u306e\u8d66\u3057\u3082\u3001\u795e\u3068\u306e\u6c38\u9060\u306e\u547d\u3082\u5b58\u5728\u3057\u306a\u3044\u3067\u3057\u3087\u3046\u3002<\/p>\n
