On the morning of Sep 11, I prepared to go to pastor\u2019s meeting in LA, and turned on my computer to see some newspaper on the web. Usually there is a picture of athlete or some<\/font><\/span>\u3000<\/span>scenery on top page, but on the morning, the picture was two building fired. I thought that must be some new movie ad, but I found out the picture was about attacked World<\/st1:placename> Trade<\/st1:placename> Center<\/st1:placetype><\/st1:place> in NY.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

I thought that must be a bad joke, and turned on the TV and found out all channel was about the twin tower in Manhattan<\/st1:place><\/st1:city>, and Pentagon in DC. The voice of TV announcers were frightened, and getting understood the civilian airplane were hijacked and crashed into those buildings. I had a goose flesh on my arm.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

I left home to LA, and prayed with my coworker. After I came back to my house before 5, the two buildings which is the symbol of US<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region> economy were gone. I could not leave the TV that night.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

These dreadful tragedies were beyond our imagination. Many media said the number of death were thousands. Tons of men and women run away with dusty face. One woman cried and said, there are many children without mother and father tonight.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

What is this tragedy? How can we accept this reality? I already prepared my preach for today two weeks ago, but I have to change my message for today. We have to listen God\u2019 s words from Bible, and want to know where is our hope?   <\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus Christ, the age of 33, he was crucified. Why was he crucified? We were taught that because of men\u2019s sin. and many believe because of their personal sins.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

When I was in an elementary school, I asked to my mother, Jesus was crucified and dead, but he resurrected after three days. If it was a true story, <\/font><\/span>even though he got a physical and mental pain and humiliation on the cross, it was not so bad, maybe he could bear that pain easily, because he knew the pain continue only couple of hours, and soon after that, he knew he will resurrect. <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

But, now I know, that  <\/span>idea was so stupid. Just before few hours of his crucify, Jesus took his disciples to Mt.<\/st1:placetype> Olive<\/st1:placename><\/st1:place> and prayed. He prayed <\/span>\u201cFather, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but your will be done\u201d An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to ground. (Luke 22). He also said to his disciples \u201cmy soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death.\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

The crucifixion was the most dreadful punishment to human being, The nail was not knock into person\u2019s palm, but on wrist because the palm will tear. The nail was also knocked into ankle. The cross was stood in the air, all person\u2019s weight is on thier wrist and ankle. We can imagine, there are painful fever on that part, and the acute pain continue until die, and also abusive and ridicule words addressed from crowd.<\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

The author of four Gospel wrote about Jesus crucifixion from different aspect, but there is a common incident happened to Jesus Which is the Roman soldier gave offered Jesus wine vinegar. Even the enemy felt sorry for Jesus. The wine vinegar was given for the purpose of relief the pain, but Jesus did not drink it. He rejected. His act was like to carry his all pain without any comfort.<\/span><\/strong>  <\/span><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
