The Shuyokai (Summer Retreat) ended with a blessing, but when we returned home, we found that many people were infected with Covid, and eventually Pastor Honda and I also became infected. The praise team and PA person were also infected. Now we were faced with the difficult question of what to do for tomorrow’s Sunday service.So, we took advantage of the situation and changed our mindset. Tomorrow’s service will be a Covid Exclusive Broadcasting Service, meaning that those infected with Covid will come to the service and the service will be broadcasted, while those who are healthy will worship at home. Unprecedented, first and last (we hope) , tomorrow only, it will be “Stay home if you are healthy!
